Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff makes all the difference. We stayed one night in the hotel as m y wife was have an early morning, outpatient surgery. I neglected to specify a handicap room when I booked and Abbey at the front desk cheerfully switched rooms for us, guided us to a nearby restaurant for our dinner and was a cheerful presence. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Although we were only there for one night the accommodations, cleanliness and staff assistance and attention to detail ensured we will book again should we have need to spend an other night or more in the future. When I inquired I was informed that there was an issue with the server. I realize this was out of your control, but it was an inconvenience and resulted in having to go elsewhere to do some work.
