Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our Second Stay here This is the second time we've stayed at this HIE, as we now travel to Montgomery, AL to visit our son and his family. This location is about the "right distance" for our travel back to Kansas after a visit there and I'm sure we'll be stopping in at this Inn lots more times in the future. Our room was very well done and the King sized bed was as comfortable and relaxing as we've come to expect from HIE locations. The breakfast was excellent and the bacon was done "just right". The coffee was as it always is...wonderful! THANKS to this Inn and the staff for a great stop over and restful night! August 14, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, well-appointed room We enjoyed our stay, and would be very likely to return the next time in Springfield. The motel is very well-maintained and the service at the desk & morning breakfast was fine. We enjoyed the gift area where after an exhausting day we were able to get sandwiches and snacks, etc instead of opting for dinner out. Microwave and fridge in the room was handy for us. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very quiet for a pair of light sleepers. July 29, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay I have stayed here quite a lot. Rooms are always clean and look new. Beds are comfortable and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is pretty good except for the scrambled eggs. Hampton's always have a bowl of cut fresh fruit and a crockpot of oatmeal which would be a nice addition to HI' breakfast. When you first step into the hotel, the lobby is very welcoming and attractive. The eating area and the guest room is pleasing as well. The staff was very professional and also professional looking. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Not That Responsive or Thoughtful This is one of the worst experiences I've had a Holiday Inn Express by far. While the room was great, the customer service at the property was lacking. I had to call the front desk two of three nights repeatedly about noise complaints which weren't addressed until the third call. The front desk help on my final night was combative about the situation. He told me that the two families he put above me couldn't possibly be making noise as he was pretty sure they were in the pool at 10:30 at night. I pray that I never have to go visit this hotel again. June 15, 2013

We enjoyed the pool, the daily breakfast and the excellent service of the front desk staff. Our six year old grandson became so comfortable, he went to the front desk to ask for his own bottle of water. June 3, 2013

I have stayed at several of the hotels Springfield, this is one of the best. I decided to stay a little closer to her apartment than the campus this time. I was happy I did. All The staff was very pleasant, the rooms were like suites, with microwave and fridge. Great internet service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. One of the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. May 4, 2013

This is absolutely one of the nicest I have stayed in. The rooms are all spacious almost suite like. They rooms were spotless and the service was superb. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. The internet service was very fast (which is a rarity in alot of hotels). The hotel is located in a very very nice area with alot of restaurants and shops nearby. We wanted to get as close to "home" as possible so our Saturday drive would not be as long. Since we try to always stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we travel, we were delighted to find this property in Southwest Springfield, MO, and after our stay there, even more delighted than we'd have hoped! The property was so clean/crisp and modern looking. When we walked up to the front desk, we were greeted by the young man we had talked to on the phone not long before arriving, and he had everything ready for us! The lobby was very welcoming as well, and when we got up to our room, we knew it would be a great stay. We were very impressed with the room and especially with the large bathroom. The bed was fantastic and after a great nights rest and a breakfast we've come to know as, most likely, the best in the industry, headed out. We'd recommend this HIE to anyone...anytime! They are willing to help out in any way they can, have often gone the extra mile for me and learned my name within just a few stays. Although it is one of the pricier room rates and thus cannot always get those extra points I want, it's worth it just to be treated like family. April 12, 2013

The rooms have always been super clean, the staff is beyond incredible and accomodating and the breakfast is nicer than most hotels in the area and the staff keeps it neat and clean. The beds in this hotel are the best. Everytime we stay we think we are going to ask the front desk what type and brand the beds are, because we want one at home. Having stayed multiple other places in the Springfield area, I would recommend no other hotel. Please keep up the great work. April 11, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable beds, clean rms, quick service w towels/shower curtain replaced Aprreciated the friendly service, but would have greatly appreciated a full reimbursement when bad weather was "expected" and we had to change our outdoor plans in Branson (where we have been stuck in ice/snow for a wk before). We opted to get on the road before it came in and were charged a half day rate. We were just 2 hrs past the allowed 2 p.m. check out for Priority Club Members. Getting out of the room was a last minute/hurry up decision. The maids cheerfully said that they wouldn't be cleaning the room until the next day anyway. We were charged half rate for those 2 hrs, even though the hotel wasn't in need of the room! March 28, 2013

The maid service was very good and the front desk very helpful. Breakfast was fine with a pretty good selection. The motel is situated conveniently to the places we needed to drive to. March 23, 2013
