Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable stay at this Hotel Very good location for a nights stopover to/from Ontario - New Brunswick. Excellent pasta restaurant, Mia Pasta, located in same Plaza as this hotel. This was our 5th stay at this property and was again very pleasant. The only area where improvement could occur would be with the Breakfast, Offerings were very standard as was presentation. am sure we will be visiting again in the future. March 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Warm welcome at this hotel when we were force to pull in due to poor weather. Front desk suggested high floor, doe to a hockey team staying on the main floor. We really appreciated this. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was much above average. Would definitely stay here again. February 26, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Impossible to adjust water temperature This hotel is ideally located by the highway, providing easy access to St-Hyacinthe's main points of interest. It is clean, very modern, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. The problem is... it's virtually impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower, resulting in fresh/lukewarm showers or boiling hot lobster fest for humans... Not my idea of a comforting, relaxing hotel experience. It's too bad because the place is very recent, nicely decorated, welcoming and really, I'd love to love this place, but I simply can't. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice but I travel for business , this looked like a nice hotel , it was except if you wanted to sleep . The noise from the highway in front of the hotel was terrible. I even tried turning the heating up to no avail . Wont be staying here again February 23, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Water problem First off, even if I'm french speaking person who went in a french speaking hotel in a french speaking province of Canada, my french review was rejected because of french. So here is my english version of my review. Good looking hotel, clean, well located, and modern. Looks really good. When arrived to our room, only hot water was comming out of the sink.Called help desk, they found this strange, but gave us bottle of water for drinking. That was not a big issue. At 10PM, went to take a shower. Only cold wather came out of the shower. So... only hot water in the sink, and only cold water in the shower. Called front desk, they could only have us to change room. That's not great because it's now pass 10PM, we have to dress up, take all of our belongings and leave to another room. Once in the new room, no more problem. When leaving the next morning, I give the front desk the keycards, and eplain to her what wh went through ne night before. She replied «oh yes we are aware of this situation, many plumbing companies have tried to find the problem». So... hotel was aware of the problem. When I first called for the sink issue, since they were aware of the problem, why didn't they change me from room at that moment? This would have avoid frustration of moving to another room pass 10PM on a «romantic valentine exit». February 19, 2015

Was on business for three days and always returned to the hotel satisfied of what was waiting for me...great staff, clean rooms and great breakfast choices. The proximity to my work was 2.5 KMS on the same street and a very easy commute there and back. Loved it and will return to the Holiday Inn when back in town Richard February 19, 2015
