This is a very nice hotel and easy access for travelers on Interstate 94. lots of restaurant options within 5 miles.

First off, the hotel is nice with comfortable beds and rooms. But, everything else that went along with the stay was not so nice. Second night I got locked out of my room and it took 4 trips to the front desk before they got my key card programmed correct and I was able to actually get into my room. The internet at the hotel is also garbage, pain to get connected then I kept having to reconnect about every 10 minutes, after about a half hour I gave up. I am an IHG Rewards Member, when I booked I gave them my info, upon check in the front desk asked me if I wanted to recieve points for my stay, found this to be an odd question, if I have the IHG Rewards why would I not want points for my stay? Not the best stay, but certainly could have been worse.

Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of offerings. We will be staying here again!

Used phone to call downstairs & it definitely needs to be cleaned. Otherwise room seemed clean.
No recognition as a rewards member- see that listed in the pros & wondering what that means.
Breakfast choices were plenty.

I was very disappointed by my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Cloud. NO SHEETS or linens for the beds/ room were available due to a washing machine failure, after many attempts to get sheets and the inability to get another hotel room ( I tried- all full in town) I went to a store and bought my own sheets. It was after 9pm when the front desk finally called to tell me they had sheets!!! I declined them as I already had my own!!! Seriously, no back up plan for a washer failure?? Doesn't St. Cloud have coin operated washing machines somewhere?? I was told the manager was aware of the situation, I was also told I would have to wait my turn in line as there were MANY people without sheets- I thought that was pretty rude. Its not much to ask that you have SHEETS on your bed I still don't understand how this happens, check out was 11am for the previous guests and at 9pm they were just resolving this issue? I got a discounted room and an apology note- it was not an ideal way to start a vacation
