Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Stay Hotel was under remodel - room had no phone, no refrigerator, no clock. For 2 days one of the elevators did not work so we had to mostly use the stairs as the wait was very long for the elevator and then it was packed always. Hotel was noisy one night as there was a concert and a lot of the rooms had rowdy concert goers. May 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and convenient place to stay We have stayed at this location two times and both times was a pleasant stay. While the hotel is off the beaten path a bit, it is a quiet location and you can go in any direction quickly and easily. The room was nice and comfortable and the in room fridge is a nice touch. Just don't forget the rest of your wine like we did! The breakfast is really nice to have as it helps hold down the cost of travelling. The only issues that I had were relatively minor. I like white noise when I sleep so I would have liked to have a continously running fan setting with the ac kicking in as needed instead of the AC constantly kicking on and off all night. I also found it annoying to be charged a convention tax by Maryland Heights for a Bible assembly that wasn't even in the city limits. Other than these two issues, I highly reccommend staying here. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing and comfortable After traveling for several days, the last thing you need is to be in a bad hotel. Thank Heavens for HI in St. Louis. It's close to the airport, and provides shuttle service. When I walked in I was greeted as if they knew me. Check in and out was very easy. May 14, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and friendly people. From the first the people on the phone were helpful and friendly. Though we didn't interact with the staff much, when we did it was positive. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only things that I could mention to the negative and they are minor, is 1. That the breakfast started a little later than we were able to use it. 2. I had to search for an ice machine because they're not on every floor and the first one was empty. But it still only took about ten minutes or so to get ice. 3. My wife said that the electric plugs in the bathroom were in an inconvenient spot. Over all we enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get to and close to food and stores and that made the trip nicer. I would recommended staying here and we probably will again. May 9, 2015
