Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice quiet location in a corporate office complex This hotel is located in a corporate business park and is currently undergoing renovations. My room was nice and quiet on a Friday evening during my 2 day personal trip. The bed was comfortable and offered both firm and soft pillows (Markings are on the pillow cases). This hotel also has a large exercise room that has some floor space for stretching along with 6-8 cardio machines. I also appreciated the local weather channel being available on all the TV's in the hotel. The breakfast bar was good and there was a nice selection of items. I'm a tea drinker and I wish the hot water in the pump pot had been hot. I couldn't locate someone for a hotter cup. That's my only complaint about this hotel. Everything else was really nice including the front desk staff upon check-in and check-out. January 21, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Under Remodel Nothing on the website when I made reservation said the hotel was in the middle of a remodel. Elevators were horrible. I was told they were "delayed" to accommodate workers and equipment. Shame that the hotel would not warn customers of construction. I called the morning prior to arrival to ensure a mini-fridge was in the single queen room I reserved. Upon check-in not only did I not get the room I reserved (single queen), the room did not have the mini-fridge in it. Exasperating after a long day of travel and a bag of groceries in my hand. The young lady at the front desk was the only "light" in this issue. She was kind, concerned and helpful. She put my bag of groceries in the hotel fridge until my room issue could be resolved. The breakfast the next morning was lacking in every respect. The cup of yogurt I took from the fridge was expired. The egg tray and the sausage tray were empty. When I brought this to the attention of the young African American lady working the area, she simply said "okay." Nothing was done for the next 15-20 minutes it took me to eat a bowl of stale raisin bran and toast. When I left breakfast to go back to my room, the expired Chobani yogurt remained in the fridge. I pray no one got food poisoning. I enjoy the area of the hotel but staying here again would not be an option for some time. January 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place, bad internet This is your typical Holiday Inn with a friendly front desk, maintenance and service staff. The main points that distinguish a great IHG hotel is a good internet connection for my work and a good gym with updated machines Every night I had issues with the internet and ended up just using the data on my phone because i wasn't able to get anything done with the internet going in and out every 15 minutes which to me, is very frustrating. I did not mention this to the front desk because I feel like this is just an issue of everyone on the internet and not enough bandwidth. The gym is outdated with 5 machines, two treadmills that look like they're from the 80s. They have no weights as well but they do have enough room for them. Overall it is a nice hotel however, the only things I really care about were not met. January 13, 2015
