GOOD STAY...IN AND OUT WITH NO ISSUES...CLEAN-NEWER FURNITURE IN ROOM THAT WAS CLEAN. THE TV RECEPTION (WHICH WAS INCONSISTANT) AND THE A/C-HEAT FAN WERE MINOR ISSUES THAT COULD BE IMPROVED.
SANDY AT FRONT DESK IS ALWAYS PLEASANT.

This hotel has a great location. The Quick Start breakfast was phenomenal. We will be back!!!!!

I do not see me returning to this hotel. I have been to other Holiday Inn hotels and they were much, much better. I cannot stand when employees act like they are doing you a favor for coming to their business. I cannot stand when you report something to the business reps they act like you're bothering them or you're asking them for something outlandish. I don't like bashing a business but they really need to do a quality check of EACH room after it has been "cleaned" by the staff and it should be done often. Customer Service of the front desk staff and breakfast area staff... well, lets just say they need some retraining. Drove too far to receive less than mediocre service.
