The whole experience was very good ... The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful in choosing restaurants for us and providing the complimentary shuttle... Room was very nice and clean..

Only complaint if any was the internet was intermittent.
The stay was great.
Kudos to the front desk girl she was wonderful. Complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch.
The next time I am in St Louis, this is where I will stay.
I should mention the front desk didn't mention my IHG status. To be fair that was not mentioned when my company made the reservation.
I did provide my IHG number and the front desk at that point but she failed to acknowledge my status , upgrade was not mentioned or offered.
Typically in my experience at an IHG property , I am always upgraded and if its not possible , they make mention to the fact that there are no upgrades available due to occupancy

I have stayed here now couple of time and it is pretty good hotel to stay over. Good restaurant around and very close to airport.
I have specially noticed, early morning staff is not very welcoming but other than that evening staff as well as mgr special on number of weekdays have been very good.
I would recommend this property and I am certainly going to stay here for my upcoming few more visits.
