A great disappointment.
Check-in time is supposed to be 3:00pm . . . when we arrived at 3:30pm, we were told that a room wasn't cleaned yet, so come back in a half hour . . . 45 minutes later, a room still wasn't ready, told to come back in a half hour, they took my phone number and would call when room ready . . . we returned at 6:00pm, and were told that we had been upgraded to a "suite". We asked for the manager, told her of concerns, she said we would be given a discount . . . got to room, which turned out to be a converted meeting room (bigger than regular room, but same stuff as any room), strong sewer odor so complained to housekeeping, half hour later brought bucket of water and room deodorant . . . strange bath room, more like locker room, no hair dryer, minimal room to hang clothes (no closet) . . . next morning found they had reduced bill by $35, which wasn't enough for all the aggravation.
This place needs real improvement . . .

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The hotel was overall very cleanly. However the carpet entering our room was stained but the beds were very comfortable. The only issue was the shower was very small; my husband had trouble showering without getting water every where. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would stay there again.

Had to wait till close to 6 pm to be allowed into my room because it wasn't ready. Unacceptable service. Had I stayed late past checkout, the hotel probably would have charged me extra. When the reverse occurred and I lost nearly 3 hours of my rest time (normal check-in is supposed to be at 3 pm), the hotel did little to improve my stay.
