Noisy rooms, under construction but web site did not say this, no parking, front desk staff not helpful, lobby was cruddy. I love this chain, but I wont stay at this one again. This is only the second time out of hundreds of locations that I was disappointed.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 A cold night
I travel a lot for work and end up in 50 plus IHG properties a year. With all those stays this is the first review I have ever written. First, let me say that I was actually excited about staying at this property. I get to the area several times a year and I had been seeing this location posted with the "No rooms until...." message for quite some time. The next nearest IHG hotel is not close so I was excited about the prospect of being in town for a change.
Now here is the hard part, as hard as I try I can not give this location a great review. There was nothing "bad" in particular it seemed like everything was just ok, but with everything OK nothing stood out as great. Granted, it was one of the coldest nights of the year with snow and below zero temperatures so I am trying hard not to let my weather mood effect my hotel experience.
Based on the street name I assume this is a re-purposed hotel un fortunately it very much feels like it. Nothing was dirty it just wasn't up to what I've come to expect at an IHG location. The bathroom was smallish but clean with the sink out in the room. again a left over of the buildings previous life and perfectly acceptable. When I arrived I was checked in immediately by a young gentleman that was helpful but quite distracted. He seemed to know the check in procedure but I don't think it was his primary job. He got me my room but I had to ask him about getting 500 welcome points. He said he would make a note then he left the desk area. The following morning at check out the team behind the desk were definitely more competent.
The only real compliant I had was beyond everyone's control. As I said before it was well below zero and that caused an issue with the rooms, through the wall, heating system. because the thermostat was inside the unit it was super cooled. meaning that no matter how hot the room got, it still thought it needed to add heat. I turned the temperature all the way down, but even that didn't turn it off. Finally I had to turn the unit off in order to cool things off to sleep. Needless to say this made for a cold awakening later.
