Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff I've stayed in this particular hotel a few times. In fact, it's where I tend to stay whenever I'm in St. Petersburg. The staff have always been friendly and they acknowledge my feedback when given to them. This hotel may not have the frills but the attentiveness of the staff makes up for this. July 10, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Maybe It Is OK if I Ignore the Large Cockroach I have stayed st this location each year for the past 3 years. I can say that the quality of service and of general cleanliness has decreased each year. Topped of this year when, I found a dead cockroach in the middle of the kitchen area floor. Not only that but I also saw a smaller one running thru the restaurant floor. To my surprise, this shocking discovery could not prompt a phone call from the general manager, I must assume this is fairly ordinary for the GM based on his reaction. If he doesn't care enough to react then I can assure you I will never stay there again and strongly urge others to do the same. July 7, 2015
