I don't think 1 minute passed before the manager had already arrived at the door and changed the sheets for us quickly! Courteous and helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel! March 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of customer service This was the sencond attempt I made ot stay at this hotel. Each time my stay was 11-12 days. I left after staying two. This time I came in on the 3rd of March with an 11 day stay. Requested a King room, ethernet cable and microwave. Received two double beds, ethernet cable and no microwave. Although their rooms are limited and Im sure govt rate they do not make as much a full time payer. My issues with this hotel, No in room safes, My stay was 11 days, the room I was given is great for a ONE nighter. Day two I asked for the microwave, management brought it up and was at a loss as to where to put it. I was using the hotel desk as an office for 11 days. He dropped it up on the TV stand and walked out!!! Every other place I went and when asked why I was looking, responded the same way, The St Roberts Holiday INN customer service is NON existent and even other former guest services representatives told me they quit there because of management.
