Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Housekeeping During my 5 night stay, Housekeeping failed to replenish coffee for the in room coffee maker, replace empty tissue, and bring fresh bath mats. I made 3 trips to the front desk to get coffee and report my disappointment with housekeeping service. I was told that I would be given points for my inconvenience, but no points have been posted. I called last Friday, Feb 5, and spoke to Olivia at the front desk and asked if they planned to award any points for my inconvenience. I have not yet received a response. Any traveler who values guest service should avoid this property. February 8, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Airport Hotel Great location right by New Orleans airport, stayed here before an early morning flight. Room was clean with a little bit of wear (dinged walls, frayed carpet) but overall still clean and comfortable. Front desk was courteous and acknowledge my spire elite status. Only issue I had was that the TV remote did not work, maintenance was quick to our room but said we didn't have a cable box like other rooms so we only got one local channel. Not a problem for me because I wanted to go to bed soon but could be an issue if trying to relax for the night. February 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Charming Louisiana Hotel Very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn .Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the ambiance was superb. All the amenities you would need in a safe and inviting atmosphere Rooms were very well furnished and the food was excellent ,although I missed the gravy with the biscuits and not sure if that is a fixture here in LA. All in all would certainly return to this establishment and the management and staff should be commended for running a terrific operation. Kudos to all. February 1, 2016
