Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel and Location We spent two nights at this hotel when visiting the Island and had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is located on a quiet street with good access to all areas of the island. The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast had many choices of both hot and cold items. Overall value, location and quality of the hotel was very good. June 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Making progress This hotel is undergoing some serious reconstruction and currently has some problems. Our room was fortunately one that had recently been completed and was very nice. It was clean, well furnished and relatively quiet. The staff was pleasant on the most part. It still has some serious problems that need to be corrected though; The breakfast room is too small to accommodate everyone and was far from clean. Some food choices were not restocked as they ran out, the staff in this area seemed indifferent and inefficient. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and helpful even though it was obvious that there were too few to accomplish their tasks efficiently. Some rooms were not done until after 4:00 PM. There was absolutely no shade in the pool area until late in the day, a few tables with umbrellas could have made a difference in the 90 degree plus heat. It may be a nice place to stay after the remodeling. New involved management would also help. Particularly if they don't hide in the back room during the day. June 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Family Trip This trip was our fist night away from home with our 9 month old daughter. Being first time parents there were several things we left at home not knowing they would be need. One of those things included a pack and play. Our daughter has been in here crib since 8 weeks and the excitement of sleeping with mom and dad was more than we anticipated ha. Needless to say our fist night was a little restless, however the second day, much to our surprise, house keeping noticed our baby things and had a crib waiting in our room when we arrived back from our first beach trip. Ah the crib..the life savior. We are truly thankful to the observant house keepers and the much needed night of rest they provided :) That combined with the fabulous breakfast selection (my husband is still raving about the cinnamon rolls) made our first family getaway both memorable and enjoyable! Thank you for providing a quality hotel experience! June 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Renovation The hotel was in the process of renovating and had pictures in the lobby to show what the finished project would look like. They did the best they could to minimize the impact on customers, but it did take away from the overall feeling of cleanliness in the common areas. June 15, 2015
