Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect stay, perfect location. We had a perfect stay at this location. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. They checked me in quickly. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. The room was clean and in perfect shape. It smelled fresh also. The beds were very comfortable; we slept well. AC/Heat worked perfectly. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Roomy, quiet, and clean The staff was exceedingly attentive, rooms clean and plenty of room with comfy chair and desk area. The bathroom was dated, but renovations are set to be done very soon. Unusually delicious breakfast and the BEST coffee! Wish I had a cup now. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing the redesign on my next visit. November 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by hotel was hot but in-room air worked to cool room For whatever reason, the hotel was very warm on a cold day. we had to use the air-conditioner on a cold day to cool the room to sleep comfort conditions. seems HI is wasting money on energy. staff was friendly. breakfast was good. Cinnamon rolls are killer good. good value considering the resort environment of the Island. November 27, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service You need to have reservation people that double check their computer entries and make sure they are correct. If you have made a mistake you need to honor the price given. The odor or spill in the guest room we stayed in could not have been missed by the cleaning people. They had a responsibility to let management know and not rent that room out until odor was gone. On the bright side, due to being unable to sleep, I read in the lobby starting at 4am so I had the opportunity to see the woman setting up for breakfast. That woman worked non stop and with a nice demeanor in setting up. November 13, 2014
