Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service You need to have reservation people that double check their computer entries and make sure they are correct. If you have made a mistake you need to honor the price given. The odor or spill in the guest room we stayed in could not have been missed by the cleaning people. They had a responsibility to let management know and not rent that room out until odor was gone. On the bright side, due to being unable to sleep, I read in the lobby starting at 4am so I had the opportunity to see the woman setting up for breakfast. That woman worked non stop and with a nice demeanor in setting up. November 13, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent hotel This hotel stay was decent but not particularly noteworthy. The hotel was ok, but not great in terms of room and the upkeep of the hotel. Could use some renovations, but for the money as a property on the island, I was plesantly surprised. My expecation for IHG Express hotels is that the rooms be a little more modern though. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by More than Expected When making reservations for 3 rooms to attend a wedding, I called several other establishments to compare pricing. I "settled" for the Holiday Inn. With the difference in price compared to the others, I expected a below standard room. Was I wrong! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast had something everyone enjoyed. I just signed up for the IHG Rewards card because I intend on staying with you as often as possible. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Loved the bed & pillows I read a lot of negative review's in regards to the beds. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the pillows were great. The ladies in the pantry made sure the breakfast buffet was always full and clean. Overall, loved the cinnamon buns the best. October 23, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hard to find, needs to be cleaner The room was below par for the area. The lamp shade by the bed was full of holes/broken. The others were bent. The bed was very well worn and the breakfast area was ok. The child seat in the breakfast area had more food on it than the breakfast bar! Filthy! The location was very hard to find as the address did not come up on the GPS and even after asking several places and calling the hotel, we got lucky to find it! Very dark lighting.
