My wife and I stayed at this location for a one night getaway trip to St. Augustine. We found the Hotel to be very clean, well decorated and very modern. Our room appeared to be recently renovated, with many nice touches. We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.
While there are closer locations to downtown St. Augustine, this Hotel is just a few minutes away, and just seconds away for the shopping Outlets, with easy access to I-95.
The only drawback was the exercise room, which consisted of only three pieces of cardio equipment.
We have stayed at many Holiday Inn locations throughout the years, and were very pleased with this particular property.

We stayed at Saint Augustine North Holiday Inn Express and would like to compliment the staff of this hotel. The cleanliness and staff helpfulness was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the St. Augustine area.

The stay was very comfortable. Nice clean rooms, large size bathroom. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. If in the area, this is the hotel for me. would recommend to friends and family, I did tell them what a great hotel.

We only stayed one night in your great location. Check in-check out was a breeze. Everything was very clean and the bed was oh so comfy. Totally enjoyed the breakfast! Thanks for everything.

Overall, the hotel offered the usual comfort and amenities of Holiday Inn Express. The one glaring oversight was the breakfast...the room was far too small for the hotel occupancy, the room finishes were hard and it was exceptionally noisy, and the food ran out...even worse, the coffee ran out. The breakfast room was so bad that we went to McDonald's....a marked improvement!

I usually have great experiences at the Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have visited, except for this one. The room was great...comfortable and clean. The problem was the breakfast. They were not very organized. They did not offer the usual great selection and what they did offer they kept running out of. The guests were always kept waiting. When I inquired about an item that they ran out of, I was told they weren't making any more...but there was still 35 minutes left of breakfast time. Not very nice. When I checked out, I was going to mention to the manager that he needed to look at the breakfast staff. But, the problem was there was no manager at the desk at checkout time. I waitied 5 minutes, and just gave up. I did write an e-mail to IC Hotel Group stating my concerns, received a message they were going to forward it to the hotel...but I never heard from anyone again. I truly hope this was just a "bad" day.

the staff at this location were very helpful especially the housekeeping staff. due to upper respiratory problems and allergies it is important we stay in allergen free and aerosol & strong fragrant and smoke free environments. the housekeeping staff worked to help us find a newly cleaned room with no air fresher and allergen free. However, during the night there was the smell of cigarette smoke that seem to come in through the bathroom area.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations from the time I pulled up in the parking lot ,nice and clean outside and inside, beautiful landscaping, as well as the inside lobby, hallways and elevator area's.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the rooms were clean and modern, loved the shower. The breakfast was an added bonus (could have had a few more selections) but overall it was very good and tasty, the dining room staff were very friendly and made sure the buffet was always stocked and clean.
Although the hotel is right off of I-95 which was GREAT for me it is still close enough to the downtown area (15 min or so) away and less than 5 minutes from both outlet malls. I plan to come back to St. Augustine in the fall and will definately stay here again.
You won't be dissapointed!

We were in this hotel for a couple of nights on our way back up from Orlando. The location is wonderful and only about 5 miles to Old Town.
Staff was amazing and got us into our room early (as I had requested). Room clean and large, bathroom very big and very nice. You can tell this is a newer property and is taken care of very well. The breakfast bar was good and cannot say enough about the pancake machine (I would love one for home!). The indoor pool was hit each evening as well as the hot cookies. We love St. Augustine but this is the first time we stayed here at this hotel, it certainly will not be the last.
Thnak you for making the end of our vacation just perfect!

Love this hotel... from the moment you walk in you can tell this place is clean and looks just like the pictures online ... The room was clean, neat and comfortable ... Although the girl that checked us in could use a little more perkiness and customer service skills ... but the breakfast was awesome ... I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to visit .. I just hope the other Holiday Inn's are just like this one ...

Overall hotel stay was excellent - location, room qualiy, and price value met or exceeded expectations. Bonus lake view location. Only negative issue was hallways are highly scented - which is unusual for an HIE, and resulted in very quick trips and frequent use of the stairwells to avoid the perfume smell. Cant understand what they were trying to mask ? Breakfasts were excellent - as was the breakfast service. Front desk staff was highly knowledgable about the attractions/parking/ etc.

We had a problem with our reservation and the staff and manager were extremely helpful solving our problem right on the spot! We were so appreciative of their help.
Room was clean and quiet. There was ample parking.
The breakfast area is completely enclosed. There was never a problem getting a table. The breakfast attendant did an excellent job!

By far, my favorite hotel chain. As with the other HIE's I've stayed in, the one at St. Augustine North was awesome. Comfy, roomy beds, CLEAN rooms and hallways, sweet staff. We were in town for a wedding. Kids loved the pool, and the breakfast :) The mommies of the two families loved the flavored creamers for our coffee! Loved the breathing room the 11 o'clock check-out time gave. We would definitely stay here again!

Always stay here when visiting family, never disappointed. Right next to a very busy road, I always get a room near the road but am NEVER disturbed by any traffic noises.

A very clean hotel with a friendly staff. Your reception area staff were very nice.
I especially want to recognize "Melanie O'" who works at the breakfast bar. She made sure the breakfast bar always had the selections full and kept the bar spotless. She constantly made sure the guests were happy and worked hard to keep everyone happy.
Also I must mention your cleaning staff. They were all polite and friendly and did an excellent job.
Your manager should very proud of his staff.

I have not been disappointed once again! Great housekeeping, and everyone was friendly , and helpful. We stayed three days during the repipe of our home locally, and they made it very pleasant all around.
