Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk Feel comfortable for checking in and I was welcomed as a Clud member. When I asked for assistance, I was provided with the appropriate services. Staffs were very polite and let me to use the microwave machine first before they had to finish their work. Unfortunately, they're under remodeling at the time I was staying. I could not enjoy the hotel totlaly. Also they didn't have big instruction how to operate the whirl pool. Overall, it's a very stay. Your hotel filled our needs and know we will be using your facilities again, if not in St. Cloud, in other cities in the USA. Your staff was very accomodating. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as good as usual We have been coming here annually for a girls weekend for a number of years. The hotel is under major renovation and I think it will be very nice. Our suite was nice. Could hear kids running up and down the hall. After the first night, the cleaning lady did a terrible job of cleaning! However, we reported it to management and it was redone much better. The following days were also good, except they never replaced or coffee for the machine. Irritating. I liked the addition of the pancake maker at breakfast. However, the biscuits were cold and hard. Maybe because the area is under renovation? It always was a good place. Rebooked for next year but might look around. September 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay of course This is a top of the line property. I was greeted enthusiastically and everything from that point was impressive. Great room, nice bed, comfortable chair at the desk to do a little paperwork, nothing to complain about. Breakfast is the standard tired breakfast, but its better than nothing. Next time in this area I will make it a point to stay there again. September 14, 2014
