I am a Priority Club member and had made reservations online for a 3 bed Queen Suite, as we have done many times before. When we arrived, we were given a suite with two beds and a pull-out sofa, the clerk telling us all the other suites were all taken. Next we were given two connecting standard rooms, but I misunderstood and thought we would have connecting suites. On the third try, we were given two 2-bed suites side by side but not connecting. The clerk and general manager could not have been nicer, but were disappointed not to get the room we reserved, and it was a bit of a hassle. I don't understand completely why we did not get the room I had reserved online. We were told to call the hotel directly the next time I make a reservation.
Lastly, on the floor by one of the beds we found an empty beer bottle. Cleaning staff should know. This was the first time we weren't completely satisfied with the accomodations, and better to write in about it so things can improve.

The Holiday Inn Express is a great value for the money. The entire facility is very clean and well maintained, the location is great but the best part is the warm and welcoming staff. They will go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. The best kept secret of St. Cloud!

This was our second visit to this Holiday Inn Express. We found the people to be beyond the "excellent" that they allow on the ratings.
The rooms are always comfortable and the breakfast meals only add to the experience.
Having coffee readily available 24 hours a day is a good thing too.
I would highly recommend this as a GREAT place to stay.

While the night staff was super friendly that is the best I can say about our stay. This franchise was more expensive than other HI's. The experience was like night and day compared to our stays at other HI's! The maids parked their cleaning cart right next to our room in the morning; there were multiple times we almost got knocked down by them just getting breakfast. The check in clerk was short and abrupt, this was the same mannerism she used when we checked out. She must think this is superior customer service! The room was cramped; trying to unload our luggage we were almost stepping on each other. I asked for a room with 2 Queen non-smoking, I got 2 Double NS; I bet they thought I would not notice. The words sink into bed and fall asleep have a whole new meaning; as the bed was so soft we all woke up with back aches. I even had to send an email to get my reward points. I am not dishing all HI's but this one did not live up to what I was expecting after our last stay at HI! Sorry guys take note and do better next time!!

I have stayed at this location several times and always look forward to a nice relaxing stay. It is on the top of my list of places to stay while traveling.

Not a good experience at this Holiday Inn Express. The room was musty, unfortunately another room wasn't available, and they were sold out. We had trouble in the morning with eye irritation and breathing. The position of the room was above the front entry... why on earth do you have lights shining up on the side of the building all night? The shear drapes are useless blocking any of the light and half decorative side drapes that could block out the spot lights don't close all the way. To attempt to block out the light we used the pant hangers with the clamps to clip onto the halve drapes pulling them together trying to block any light out we could.

This is an awesome Holiday Inn to bring the dog. Everyone is very friendly. There is a lot of place to walk the dog. Only problem some dog owners don't pick up. However the hotel keeps the ares fairly clean.

I was not expecting much at this out of the way Holiday Inn, however, I was very pleasantly surprised and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend. The teams staying at the hotel were kept in check by hotel staff - thank you! Rooms were recently updated; linens were very nice. Breakfast had a range of cold cereal to hot eggs and sausage.
