Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, comfortable, good value We stayed here for 2 nights and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and we were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of cooked or fruit/yogurt etc. Pool was nice for a swim at the end of the day. May 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, beautiful room, great service They took me to the room to see it before we checked in. It was cold! So she tuned up the thermostat, I signed in, and we left for supper. Brought our stuff in when we returned from dinner and the room was cozy warm. Turned the temp down some for the night. We have stayed here before and will stay again. Thank you! May 1, 2013

I recommend this place to all of my fellow employees when traveling through the area. Also the Logger Bar and Restaurant is a very good place for a cold beer or cocktail and a good meal for a reasonable price.. March 26, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Why it is not 5 stars We are repeat visitors based on fondness for the property and our experience there. One point however missed the mark. We had reservations and I suppose we were assigned a guest room prior to our arrival. When we opened the room it was 60 degrees as was set on the thermostat. It took a long while (hours) to be up around 70. I support not heating unused rooms, especially in Wisconsin's weather, though this small step really adds to satisfaction with the stay. We'll return again, no doubt about it. March 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by St Croix Falls - Curtains would be nice All in all, good facility with outstanding staff. My only complaints were the mediocre breakfast spread, (common to such hotel chains- I love eggs, and hate powdered eggs), and lack of true curtains in the rooms. In their place there was a thin translucent fabric that let in a great deal of light during the day. December 19, 2012
