Did not immediately know we had a reservation. No mention of being a rewards member. Usually the front desk offers something to recognize loyalty.

This is my second stay at this location in the last 6 weeks. My first was just a few days after opening and included a weekend. This time I was there during the week only. I am slightly disappointed that the newness wore off so quickly. After my first stay I raved to everyone about the quality of this hotel.
Some of the disappointments:
My first stay my bed was made daily and the trash was taken out. Not this time.
My first stay the breakfast was fantastic. Not this time. I think that is due to the fact that there were less guests so the food sat longer and became dried out, especially the eggs. Monday morning they only had decaf tea bags.
The internet was too slow for my work. I ran the Hotspot off my phone instead. My first stay I couldn't connect at all. This time I connected but it became unstable due to the slow speed.
Overall I still like the hotel but next time I might go back to my usual spot since it is normally the same price per night.
