Great hotel. Very friendly staff, clean, quiet area. Will definitely stay again. Shuttle service is excellent.

I've stayed here several times... each time the experience has declined. this was the last straw. kids yelling down the hallway after midnight, air conditioner was extremely loud and staff were not available to assist. room stunk of mildew air conditioner and stale smoke. Room 219.
check in took over 15 minutes and I was not greeted as priority club member.
breakfast was average.
very frustrated. I expect more from Holiday Inn.

room was nice although the toilet was a little slow in flushing. Had plenty of channels on the tv and was close to the venue we were going to. Internet was free, a little slow, but not to the point where it was annoying. Would definitely stay there again.

Booked this location because of their 24 hr airport shuttle which worked out wonderfully. Both drivers were very pleasant and courteous. Our only issue was with the breakfast bar. At check in we were told that it ended at 10 am. We got there a few minutes past 9:30 am and noticed they were putting everything away. That's when I noticed the posted sign saying it ends at 9:30 during the week and 10 on weekends. Being that we checked in very late Sunday night , I can see how the front desk person accidently told us the wrong time. So I do not fault him at all. My problem is with the rudeness of the breakfast bar attendant. I explained to her that we were told breakfast ended at 10 am and she very rudely said there was nothing she could do about that. I asked her if she could open the frig (which was already locked!!!) so I could get a yogurt and if she could turn the juice machine on. She said everything had already been cleaned and sanitized and there was nothing she could do. She didn't even apologize! Other than that our stay was great and Sandy at the front desk deserves a gold star! She was super friendly and even willing to open the locked frig for me!

Hotel looks great, inside and out. We loved all the turtles in the pond out back! It's a must see!! Breakfast choices were great. One of the best breakfast bars we have ever seen. Friendly staff. The room was just filthy. Looked like someone had threw up on the wall, that ran down to the carpet, which was crusty and flaking off. Carpet not vacuumed. Sheets dirty on one bed. Hair in the tub. A/c filter was filthy. Tub wouldn't hold water (big issue when traveling with a child--was not a safety feature either, called front desk to ask. Drain was missing a piece it needed.)

Older property needing renovation, which is scheduled according to signs. AC was cold and I could not change.
Service was good. Based on service and location, I would probably stay there again as I had to go to airport and back twice.
Once renovations are completed, should be a good place to stay.

Staff was friendly and double bed room I stayed in was clean with comfortable bed. The original room was a handicap with king bed which turned out to be very damp when first entered. Maintenance stated bathroom door was closed so room was not venting while A/C was running which created moisture. Entire sixth floor was closed due to remodeling.
