Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Location excellent so is the staff The hotel has a great location for those St. Louis travelers who need access to St. Louis airport. I think the hotel even offers shuttle service to the airport (I had a rental car so I didn't need to use). The hotel recognized my IHG Platinum status immediately and offered points as a welcome amenity. Definitely would stay here again. October 18, 2014

We had to park in the side lot, in the rain, because parking is limited. The building is old and dated; however its a descent place to lay your head. October 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good location and nice facility Nice staff and nice rooms. Manager was very concerned about renovations and made sure I had a nice room. Had a new suite. Curtains needed replacing, which she mentioned but room was very large and worked out well. Just needed a refrigerator. October 18, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Under construction - poor experience I typically love Holiday Inn Expresses, but this was a bad experience. Paid full price but received less than 50% value. Pool is closed. Elevator broke. Vomit in the lobby bathroom. Must pay a "convention tax". Before you book, make sure construction is finished. October 15, 2014
