We have stayed in a variety of Holiday Inn Express's and have found St. Louis Holiday Inn Express's initial contact with our Desk attendant the most welcoming, friendliest, most courteous of any Holiday Inn we have stayed at. I have been a priority club member since 1999. We arrived at the St. Louis airport at 11:52 am, was picked up by a courteous, friendly, welcoming driver who visited with us as we traveled to the motel. We were ahead of check-in time, but when asked about availability, they had a room already available so we could check-in continue with our visit to the St Louis area. We were meeting a classmate, whom we had never met, and together through our itinerary we had planned made this a great trip.
Keep up the good work, St. Louis Airport, Riverport Holiday Inn Express, everything else was excellent as well!

My family and I were very satisfied with your hotel. I have been to this location many times before by myself and I have always been well taken care of. I have a request, I left a pillow there and was wondering if some how I can retreive it. Please let me know if there's a chance. Thank you again.

Room had Ants once we informed the front desk we were changed to a different room other wise stay was great Staff was nice and friendly Love the shuttle service you all provided A little difficult communicating with housekeeper did not speak or understand English. Room was clean and comfortable.

We did our first Park and Fly stay at the Holiday Inn Express Riverport. The overall experience was great! We enjoyed our room and the hospitality of the staff. We had a very early morning flight before breakfast hours began. The front desk advised us that an abbreviated breakfast was available to us before we left for the airport. We really appreciated that! The airport shuttled driver was prompt and on time. On our return, he dropped us off with our luggage at our car. This was a great overall experience!

The overall stay was excellent. However, the air conditioner did not set to "LOW" for the fan and was very noisy. I tried several settings and it didn't make a difference.

Great place to stay when we are in St. Louis. The breakfast are the best. The staff is always cordial. The location allows me to get out and run in the morning. Its, close to Historical St. Charles as well as Dave and Busters. And it is always quite.

The room was ok. A bit old but clean enough. Not bad for one night stay before catching a plane ride the next day.
The bad part was the airport shuttle service. It's suppose to take guests to the airport in a timely manner but instead it took other guests to the offices in the airport neighborhood beore dropping those guests including me who needed to be at the airport at certain time!! It took 40min from the hotel to dopping off at the airport instead of just 15 min as it was supposed to be!! This caused me grief because I almst missed my flight!! The hotel shuld have dedicated the highest priority of this shuttle service to the airport then office people. I am just disappointed!!

Overall experience was good. However, these have to be the loudest AC/Heating units. I traveled for business and others in my group mentioned the same thing. I woke up around the clock everytime it kicked on.
Also, the channels for ESPN had a bad connection. The feed kept fading out. All other channels seemed to be fine.
Finally, 2 of the 4 machines in the fitness center didn't work at all or portions of the equipment didn't work

I travel extensively for work. This location is so well managed, I'll stay here anytime I'm in the area from now on. The maintainence, room service, food service, front desk, and General Manager teams are all on the same page with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even the painter on staff late at night offered to assist me with anything I may need or want. To top it of, it's only moments from the airport BUT in a wonderful! Upscale business park!

This is the second time I've stayed at this property, and the first time was much better. I had a room on the 2nd floor and consistently had troubles connecting to wifi while I was there. I called down to the front desk the first night, and the person said they were aware of an issue and it would be fixed the next day, and offered to move me. Since I had already unpacked and hung my work clothes I didn't feel like moving, and since she said it would be fixed the next day I thought it would be a non-issue. The only problem is I had nothing but problems with wifi the entire time I was there. Very disappointing, I would avoid rooms entirely on the 2nd floor. The other thing I didn't like was the stuff on the desks. One reason I like HIE properties is the large desk in the room. This desk had the phone, microwave, coffee maker, tray, ice bucket, and glassed on the desk, which would have made the work area tiny. I put all these on the floor, but a stand or another outlet near the fridge would have worked much better. Overall hotel is nice, location is good, but some small things they need to improve.

Stayed at this hotel on business and had a flight out early the next day. Van staff was great to deal with even though the hotel van worried me as the inside looked rough.
Rest of hotel staff were great to work with and polite.

The room was clean. The web service was in and out during my stay. The response was did you try another wifi connection.
The heater in the room was very loud and noisey. Running the heater while in the bathroom with the door was shut it was still loud. The breakfast each morning was burnt, The banana's were very ripe. The coffee was very good. The rest of the breakfast was fine.

I highly recommend this property as a great place to stay if you are staying in the West St. Louis/St. Charles MO area. It is an excellent value for the money. The hotel stay are friendly, courteous and extremently helpful. We really treasure the hotel's shuttle which will take you to downtown St. Charles and to the nearby casinos.

Overall my experiences at this Hotel have been good, but on my last stay the night clerk was extremely unprofessional. I voiced my concern to the manager the next day and from that point on was ignored by the night staff.
Overall I would recommend thid Hotel, but would advise against dealing with the woman that works evenings.

First night -had to call front desk after listening to drunks in the hallway from 3:00am to 3:45am. Never had to do this before. Problem was solved immediately.
Two days the room was not made up during our seven night stay. Left room at 1:30pm one day and 8:45am the other. Carpet never cleaned during the whole time.
Motel van parked at front entrance under the canapy. Thus guests arriving or departing had to back up and turn around if another vehicle was parked beside the van.
Guests using the lot for long term parking took up many of the spaces nearest to the motel thus causing an inconvenience to your in and out guests.
Motel lot appeared to have an abandoned Jeep during our entire stay. Windows were down, no license plate and huge water dispenser stuck under the chassis.
Breakfast area very nice. Ladies at front desk friendly.

This facility is a great location for either trips to the airport, St. charles and Harrahs / Ameristar. Easy access to highway 70 and highway 141 makes getting anywhere quick and easy. The accomodations are nice but at this property it is the Friendly and attentive staff that sets this Holiday Inn express apart. We have stayed there many times and the staff has gone out of their way every time to meet and exceed our expectations.

The staff is the best part of this hotel. If you need it they will help you get it. Always go above and beyond. Only thing I can say is wrong with this hotel is a little traffic noise in rooms on the back of the hotel facing the highway.
