Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room and comfortable bed As the hotel is new, everything seem to work well. The bath room does not have the usual tub, which is a plus. The room was clean and the bed was made up. My main complain is the selection of food for breakfast. Normally I have been able to get hard boiled eggs and toasted English muffins but they were not available. Otherwise, I do not have any complains. Apart from the breakfast, I was very satisfied with my stay. September 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent New choice in STL area We did not get a chance to take advantage of the breakfast or salt water pool, as our flight was leaving so early that we had to try and get some rest and left before breakfast. However, the morning clerk did run in the back and get us bagels and cream cheese to take on the shuttle to the airport! Bryan, who was front desk at check in, was such a pleasure to interact with. He was funny and made us feel like we were staying at a long lost friend's house. We did have an "incident" at the very beginning of our stay. It was immediately corrected and we were upgraded. The rooms are clean and beds are super comfy!! Shuttle service took us out to get food when we arrived because we were dropped off and had no transportation. Shuttle service in the a.m. starts at 4 a.m. which was when we needed it. Customer service here was top notch! I would stay here again, no doubt about it!! September 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rooms, friendly staff The rooms were nice and comfy. The staff at check-in was awesome and the Jamaican shuttle driver was absolutely fabulous. My only complaint would be the girl working the front desk when I called for airport pickup. I came into the East terminal and she advised me that I needed to WALK to the main terminal for pickup??!! I told her I was not walking to the main terminal and she then asked if I was sure I called the correct Holiday Inn! I explained to her that my car was in the parking lot, I am in the East terminal and someone needs to come and get me!! She then told me she was not familiar with the airport but would tell the shuttle driver where I was. Thank goodness I am a seasoned traveler and know the airport pretty well. Luckily, the same awesome shuttle driver came to my rescue. Really Holiday Inn, please educate your staff on the airport layout since your hotel is AT the airport before they get someone killed trying to make them walk to the main terminal! September 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Kept Secret My family and i went to St Louis for business/pleasure. We were greeted by a night desk clerk who was very pleasant and helpful. This is a 4 month old facility that everything is clean and nice. The rooms are like new. the breakfast was great and the staff there was nice and pleasant. The day clerk was just as nice as the nigh clerk. I can tell you I will stay there again next trip! September 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FANTASTIC Well let me say this...Got to this Brand NEW hotel and it was a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped into a very large modern lobby. I was immediately greeted by a desk clerk, Brian, and he welcomed me with his warm smile and made me feel right at home. He helped me with directions and gave me some insight about the local places to go and do while I was in St. Louis. He told me about the features of the hotel and mentioned a "salt water pool", which I had to try. Very nice. Rooms were very large and enjoyable. Clean and fresh and the bed, i slept wonderful in. Might have to go back just to get a good nights rest. Woke up the next morning to a good breakfast. Breakfast attendant wasn't the most friendliest, but its early who could be chipper when its 7am on a Monday. I looked past her but just a tip, she might want to smile and be somewhat friendly. She made no effort to wish me a good morning more like she was avoiding everyone. Not very welcoming. It wasn't like it was super busy, it was a matter of fact slow. Not a great fit for such a great hotel. Once again the front desk was amazing, the lady that checked me out, Stephanie she was very nice and invited me to come back. I will say this, this hotel has the best front desk staff of any hotel around the St. Louis airport area. I normally stay down the road, but not anymore. This is my home away from home when Im traveling to that area. Please give recognition to both Brian & Stephanie for making this trip a delight. More hotels need people that like them behind that desk. September 3, 2014
