My family and i went to St Louis for business/pleasure. We were greeted by a night desk clerk who was very pleasant and helpful. This is a 4 month old facility that everything is clean and nice. The rooms are like new. the breakfast was great and the staff there was nice and pleasant. The day clerk was just as nice as the nigh clerk. I can tell you I will stay there again next trip!

Well let me say this...Got to this Brand NEW hotel and it was a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped into a very large modern lobby. I was immediately greeted by a desk clerk, Brian, and he welcomed me with his warm smile and made me feel right at home. He helped me with directions and gave me some insight about the local places to go and do while I was in St. Louis. He told me about the features of the hotel and mentioned a "salt water pool", which I had to try. Very nice. Rooms were very large and enjoyable. Clean and fresh and the bed, i slept wonderful in. Might have to go back just to get a good nights rest. Woke up the next morning to a good breakfast. Breakfast attendant wasn't the most friendliest, but its early who could be chipper when its 7am on a Monday. I looked past her but just a tip, she might want to smile and be somewhat friendly. She made no effort to wish me a good morning more like she was avoiding everyone. Not very welcoming. It wasn't like it was super busy, it was a matter of fact slow. Not a great fit for such a great hotel. Once again the front desk was amazing, the lady that checked me out, Stephanie she was very nice and invited me to come back. I will say this, this hotel has the best front desk staff of any hotel around the St. Louis airport area. I normally stay down the road, but not anymore. This is my home away from home when Im traveling to that area. Please give recognition to both Brian & Stephanie for making this trip a delight. More hotels need people that like them behind that desk.

The bed was great but the pillows were too big for me. Having an option would have been nice. A little disappointed in the fact there was no hot tub at this facility.

My husband and I stayed at this Holiday Inn while in town for a concert at the Verizon Wireless Amplitheater, the room was spacious and bed was so comfortable, I didnt want to leave. The air conditioning worked VERY well, which was just fine with me. The bathroom was very nice with large shower. We will continue to book rooms at this hotel when we are in St. Louis in the future.

New, clean, and comfy hotel. Exceeded my expectations. Good value for the rate. Good breakfast. Only negative is the location is somewhat confusing to access from the highway.

Efficient and friendly folks at the front desk. Spacious and neat well-appointed room. bathroom was clean and tidy. Proximity to the airport a great advantage. Punctual shuttle service is very helpful. Breakfast could have some more variety but I must say it was adequate. Linen and bath towels were white and soft - this is true of most new hotels like this one - just hope it stays that way! Would come back here when I am in St Louis again.

Have stayed here for four visits in last month. Hotel continues to make you go to front desk to get final bill saying they're "out of envelopes." This has happened for 3-4 straight trips. Small point, but frustrating to business traveler to wait in line to get a bill when other hotels and Holiday Inn Express locations slide the bill under the door. Also, hot breakfast items didn't change at all during my recent several day stay. Other HIE places change it up a bit. Otherwise, good people and good place to stay for the business traveler.
