The overall experience from this Holiday Inn was not of a good standard. I was not made to feel special (a valued IHG member) I had to inform the hotel I was a member. Also was told to collect the iron from reception as the staff weren't allowed to come upstairs. Finally the WiFi code given to me for being a member had already been used by a previous guest. Not happy at all, will not be using this hotel again. I am staying at a local Holiday Inn today so can compare the 2!

Great location, comfortable bed, quite room. Great service, just not too much to choose on breakfast. Still it was our 15th different holiday inn in europe and is reasonably priced.

Hotel like any other Holiday Inns they are very comfortable. Very hard to get a signal on your phone and internet connection. Only thing I would suggest to hotel is to offer their own courtesy bus instead of paying the transfer bus to and from airport which is £6 per return journey per adult.

Air con in the room was broken so glad it wasn't hot! The cooked breakfast choice was poor with the sausages and scrambled egg not up to much.
Reception staff were god and attentive.

Stayed just one night recently in preparation for an early-morning 'stupid o'clock' flight to Naples.
The hotel is ideal - especially with the shuttle bus service that operates to the terminal doors.
Got a peaceful night's sleep due to good soundproofing and very comfortable bed.
Also - and this was a real plus - having signed up to the IHG members club, being able to simply leave my car on site whilst away was a real bonus. (And cheaper than airport car parks too!)
Will be back next time I fly out of Stansted...

Booking in was slightly delayed due to a trainee,, however we all have to learn so not a problem. Offered a family room due to non availability of other rooms. The room was good.
Dinner was served well with friendly staff, however breakfast choice was poor and few staff available to clean/clear tables
No noise in the room, towels were thin.
