Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Service Good Price I had a very pleasant one night stay at the hotel and really must say it was enjoyable and comfortable. The only thing i could suggest is that the breakfast is served till a later time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Stansted area of London. September 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and comfortable We came late at night and left for an early flight, so we could not have a full experience. In general all was good. The only negative point is the shuttle bus which runs only every half hour and costs 3£ per person per leg. For two persons it makes a 12£ per night. We think that this is too expensive, especially considering the short distance to be covered and the schedule. August 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable bed The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Access to the bedrooms is secure requiring a key card to gain access to the lift or the stairs access. The bedroom was clean however the mattress required changing. There were section where the springs had failed. August 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable convenient and hassle free. Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and hassle free. I booked online, it took two minutes to check in and about 30 seconds to check out. The room was clean and perfectly adequate, and to my surprise, breakfast was available at 4am when we were up to catch our plane - although not the normal range available, still a reasonable choice. The only negative things I could say, is the free WiFi could have been simpler to access (although worked well once accessed), and , we could have done with a second keycard for the room, as when one of us left, we needed to take the card to use the lifts to return... And this turned the lights off in the room. (although I didn't ask for another, the staff may well have given me one if I had asked) August 29, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Night before flight I stayed at this HIX with my family the night before we started our holiday. We met my parents for dinner in the restaurant and the food quality was very poor considering the price charged along with slow service from staff who did not know the menu. However the worst aspect of the stay was the bed. It was the worst bed I have ever slept in, well I didn't actually sleep! The only redeeming feature about this hotel was the staff on reception who handed out lollies to the kids. August 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not early flight friendly Poor, bed worn, sloping inwards and small compared to rivals. Children running about upstairs and in corridors into early hours. Breakfast not relevant to an airport hotel where an early start is required with todays security requirements. Had to pay extra for a nights parking, where else could I park it? On a nights stay it should be inclusive. Complimentary toothbrush unavailable to BUY!! August 26, 2015
