Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by spacious rooms great service The hotel is very close to the airport and ideal for those wanting an overnight stay, as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. Breakfast and the choice were very good. Overall the hotel was excellent and would definatley stay again if i was flying from Stansted. June 1, 2015

My only negative was paying for the shuttle bus, to and from the airport, but it wouldn't stop me staying again. May 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to relax before a flight. I enjoyed staying here though it was only for one night as I had to catch a plane the next day. The level of service, comfort and quiet surprised me for a Holiday Inn. I really appreciated the comfort of the bed and choice of pillows and the quiet of the rooms. I had just traveled long distance overnight and desperately needed to sleep. I also appreciated breakfast which provided a good range of food. Real cutlery was a nice surprise as most U.S. hotels at this level only give you plastic cutlery and paper plates. I would recommend a stay here to anyone coming through Stansted for connecting flights. You can depend on a good nights rest. It provides all you need. May 28, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable stay. Pre-arraneged cot not in room on arrival (rectified by staff). Lift room card calling system faulty. Air con in room seemed to make the room hotter. Window could not be opened making room very stuffy. 'Family room' very small with cot in. No bath. Reception queue nearly always to the door (understaffed?). The Wifi was good but having to get a new code every 24 hours was a bit annoying. Good points: friendly staff all round. May 26, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience The overall experience from this Holiday Inn was not of a good standard. I was not made to feel special (a valued IHG member) I had to inform the hotel I was a member. Also was told to collect the iron from reception as the staff weren't allowed to come upstairs. Finally the WiFi code given to me for being a member had already been used by a previous guest. Not happy at all, will not be using this hotel again. I am staying at a local Holiday Inn today so can compare the 2! May 26, 2015
