Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and heplful staff The staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended several good local restaurants and sites of intrest. The laundry service was good. The grounds and the building exterion were well kept and attractive. The hotel interior was clean, well kept and up to date. The wireless internet connection was good. April 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by no sleep I have stayed here often. Always great. Staff is wonderful. Upon arrival I learn I am upgraded which was great. Upon entering room, it was clean and had everything I needed for a good stay. I did notice a bulge in the ceiling from past water damage, but was not concerned because this staff takes care of problems. First night was great, slept really well. Second night was a storm and I slept right through it until 2:45 when I hear a drip, drip, drip in the ceiling which I put my cooler under. I could not go back to sleep.. My daughter's MSU alert app went off on her phone so then I did not know if there was a tornado going off. After the storm stopped and the drip stopped, I was able to go back to sleep.. So I had very little sleep and a busy day ahead. Room needs a tornado alert system and directions on what to do in case of one on the door. Third night, 2:45 the hotel alarm goes off. No one was evacuating, no smoke, people in hall trying to figure out what to do... no one answered at desk,...A resident went downstairs to find out no one knows how or why it was going off but fire dept was on the way. fire, ladder, and ambulances arrive after 15 minutes.. not good that it took that long to shut off the alarm. It was shut off.. emergency vehicles left, Little sleep. Had to drive home the next day on little sleep. No comments on the night at checkout. Would like to have had something addressed. Need to improve emergency training and communication.... a PA system or a phone call to let everyone know things were ok. April 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst IHG hotel This is the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were rude. No name tag on so I could identify them. When I asked them their name they refused to tell me. Rooms had awful smell to them. Bathrooms had mildew everywhere. Didn't look like floors had been mopped well. Just dirt pushed into the corner. Very old property that need to be completely torn apart & redone or IHG just needs to sell it & get their name off of it. April 22, 2015
