Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay Check in took a while and it took three people to figure out the computer system. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Was put in an adjoining room which was ok till 4:45am the clock radio went off like it was in my room. At 4:52am it was still loud playing music. I called the front desk to see if someone was in the room or if maybe it was set from the previous guest. No one looked into and the music was continuing to play loud till 7am when I finally checked out. I could not believe the front desk couldn't tell if a guest was in the room or not. I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times on business and the service has gotten worse. Breakfast was cold and eggs were disgusting! I would not recommend this hotel at this time. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Navi is the best! I happened to be in town to work and had difficulty finding a room for a Saturday night. Navi told me she would let me know if a room became available and offer it to me so I wouldn't have to spend that night in another room. Sure enough, she called with the good news that a room became available. Unfortunately, another girl was at the front desk when I got there and told me the room was given to someone else. Upset, I booked another room. When I saw Navi that Saturday morning, she informed the room was still in my name. When I told her I already booked anither room and the cancellation deadline had passed, she promptly called the hotel and had them cancel that reservation. She booked me in and prevented me from having to go through the trouble of switching rooms. Thank you Navi!! Make her a manager!! April 13, 2015
