Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An excellent experience I stayed at this hotel twice in December, and I was one of the reviewers, below, who wrote about my sub-par experience during my first stay due to the noisy heater. When we checked in, we told the woman working the front desk about our issue, and she was incredibly attentive and sympathetic for the situation, and made sure to place us on a different floor to see if it was better, as well as assuring us that we could easily switch rooms if we still had issues. Luckily, we didn't have any issues with the new room, and this second stay was perfectly enjoyable. The two front desk employees (at check-in and check-out) were very attentive and cheery, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was actually pretty decent for a hotel breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Will definitely be back, and was very happy that this stay more than made up for the negative experience we had had a week earlier. January 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to work and sleep This is a great business-person hotel. The rooms are clean, crisp and quiet. There is plenty of work area with great internet. The staff are very friendly and customer service focused. I stayed here for three nights while working- I could work in the evening, have a quiet and restful sleep, and a great breakfast (fresh eggs, sausage, pancakes, and fruit). The staff went above and beyond to help me on two occasions. Definitely will stay here again January 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel, but rooms leave something to be desired My husband and I stayed here overnight. The hotel, itself, was beautiful, modern, and incredibly clean. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk employees were incredibly friendly. However, the room, itself, was not nearly as nice as the lobby and exterior of the hotel. It was fairly clean, but could have been cleaner, and the room just looked a bit outdated, especially in comparison to the rest of the hotel. We had an issue with our heater, where it kept making so much noise on and off that we couldn't sleep, but we couldn't keep it off because the room would get too cold. This was incredibly disappointing, since we had a long day of driving the next day and were not at all well rested because of this issue. Maybe we just happened to get a bad room, because we were overall pleased with the rest of our experience, here..but, nevertheless, we left the hotel a bit disappointed with the experience. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by UGH! Stayed here for my son's graduation. I got very little sleep in the 2 nights I stayed here and unfortunately had a very busy schedule on very little sleep! The heater sounded like it was going to blow up all night which continued to wake me up. The sheets were worn and didn't fit the bed right, so they kept popping off all thru the night. The room looked like it needed vacuumed and the bathroom fan and mirror were very dirty. We complained at the front desk after the 1st night, but things were not taken care of right because we continued to have the same issues the second night. This was one of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel! Very disappointing because I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express in the past. I stay every two weeks or so in a hotel room, so I know what a good hotel room is.....this was not a good hotel room!!!!! December 28, 2014
