Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very medicore holiday inn express I travel quite a lot for business and generally find the holiday inn express brand to be relatively consistent in terms of good value for price paid. They are usually simple but clean and comfortable. This property is an exception. Property is outdated, walls are very thin. Did not sleep well at all because bed essentially had a sinkhole in the middle of it and could hear so much noise from the hallway and elevator. Breakfast is in the cellar, which is a very small and cramped space. The best way I can put it is that I did not feel a refreshed or welcoming feeling when coming back to the hotel or waking up in the morning. The only good thing I can say is that staff were relatively attentive to my needs, fixing broken hairdryer promptly and promising to fix broken phone upon checkout. Will not return. April 18, 2016

Oddly, it is tucked between two other hotels that share the same parking lot and charged much more for the same location.The staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and quiet.
