The staff is inconsiderate of the needs and unique challenges of the frequent business traveler with no special consideration given to priority club members November 11, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, clean spaces and warm breakfast I had a really good stay in Statesville. The staff could have been more friendly but I got over them after I got in my room. The bathroom had slight mold around the bathroom lights. But over all I would for sure stay in the place again. October 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to relax From the moment my wife and I walk in, we were received by friendly faces and words. We had just completed a 10 hour from and were beat. Check in was quick and friendly. We were in our room in only a couple of minutes. Our room smelled fresh and was very clean. Obviously, the cleaning staff took great care in their work. I had a great night's sleep on a terrific mattress. My wife did too except for a person in the room above us walking back and forth loudly for a short time. We did not alert the hotel staff. Seriously, what could the do! Before going to bed, my wife and I joined other guest to enjoy the 'Managers Special' which was food from a local steak house, Logan's Roadhouse. WOW!! We were stuffed!! Breakfast was awesome. My wife and I got a delicious cup of coffee and waited with the other starving guest while the cook/waitress/customer service person put everything out in a quick organized manner. The food that should be hot was and it was delicious. There were small omelets, sausage, bagels, muffins, English muffins and so much more. Overall, the hotel staff we met were professional and friendly and bent over backwards with make our stay enjoyable. KUDOs to the cleaning staff for our room. Special KUDOs to the cook/waitress/customer service person who made breakfast simply outstanding. It started our day off on the perfect 'right foot'!! October 22, 2014
