Comfortable bed. Front desk service was exemplary. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The establishment was very clean... this is a very important issue for me.

Each staff member whether front desk help, housekeeping staff or mechanic/technical staff greeted us whenever we encountered them in hallways at, at the front desk, in breakfast area or in the parking lot. Made us feel welcome.

All staff were very friendly; front desk staff were helpful and courteous - helped to iron out the IHG Reward Club points for our stay, breakfast ladies were pleasant and cleaning staff were very friendly. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. We'll be back - HIE is our first choice when we travel. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay My children LOVED the pool the staff was amazing and Breakfast was Yummy! we will be returning for another family getaway!!!

Had a great time. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast. Stayed for 4 days.

When we got to the hotel we were informed that the pool and hot tub were out of service, however the rate did not reflect this. The desk staff said the notice was on the front page of their website but when I went back at the internet to see why I missed the notice I eventually found that there are two web sites. The one for this location itself had the notice about the pool where it was easily seen. However, when just going to the Holiday Inn Express site (which is the first site that comes up on the internet when searched for) and selecting the area to check/book reservations, the note about the pool was in the last paragraph of the write up for the hotel and not emphasized and easily missed. Very disappointed.

They picked the busy time of season to work on the pool
We had booked one year ahead and they never told us
they took the pool out of service.We lost power over and over the TV did not work most of the time had to keep
unpluging it and that would let us watch 2or 3 channels
No restaurant . all in all it was not good.
