Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great customer service The staff was extremely courteous and attentive to our needs. One of the staff during breakfast noticed a purse left behind and immediately asked those around then took it to the front desk to be held. I have seen other hotels that would leave it lay. The hotel was quiet and easy to sleep. We got in extremely late and I was exhausted. The front desk got me quickly through check in and straight to bed. Thanks November 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comortable Room and Great Breakfast My family stayed here on our way to a family reunion. The room was very nice and the tv channel choices were incredible. The breakfast choices were some of the best I've experienced in my travels - fresh pancakes, eggs, pork sausage, turkey sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc. Will definitely stay here again. We were very pleased to have such a comfortable and spacious room and enjoyed a quiet evening watching a wide screen HD TV,followed by a wonderfull night's sleep on a comfortable mattress. Holiday Inn Express has long been our go to place for it's comfort,excellant breakfast and afforddable price. November 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Rest On A Cold Night Checked in without a prior reservation and was greeted as if I had one. The young man at the desk assisted me with getting my "Stuff" into my room. As a person with limitations in mobility and lifting, it was a clear joy for him to have assisted me with parking and getting my "Stuff" to the room, eliminating the need for me to make multiple trips. I thank him form his assistance and offer kudos to whomever hired him. November 4, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by claeniness The refridgerater was broke , and the room smelled like dirty socks or B.O. There was blood on the shower curtain and on the side of the tub , and a big ball of hair behind the bathroom door.,and the wall paper is peeling off in the shower and it looks like mold is growing under the peeling area. The beds were clean and comfortable slept well and the staff was very nice . I think the room is in need of some repairs. When we travel we have been staying at holiday inns this is the first one I have ever had any cleaniness issues with . October 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Met our needs We were attending a huge reenactment in the area. The event had been planned for months. Yet, the hotel was understaffed. We had to sit in the lobby for an hour, when we arrived, because our room was not ready. Heating/AC temperature was difficult to control. Even though temps were in the low 40's at night, had to sleep with the window open as the heating system kept putting too much heat in the room, even with the setting on 65 deg. Overall, the hotel was clean and in an easy location of I-81. October 29, 2014
