Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Quality HEI Hotel I planned three stops on our way down to Florida, very happy I chose this particular hotel. August 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One Night Stand Enjoyed our one night stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Facility and stafff were great. Will stay again. August 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A consistently pleasant experience I've spent many nights in this hotel for business purposes. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Lighting in the rooms is good - which is not always the case in hotels - and the bathrooms are clean and well-appointed. I always feel that I get my money's worth when staying at this hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable night's sleep in a clean hotel We selected this hotel for a great night's sleep and convenience to the Route 11 Yard Crawl on Saturday, August 9th. We stayed at this location last year and were very pleased. Once again the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling through Winchester. August 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by new hotel, clean and comportable Arrived and a managers complimentary happy hour was going on. Had free beer and wine and snacks. First time I saw that at a Holiday inn Express. Everything was nice, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. August 14, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed friendly staff, good breakfast. Traveling from Florida to New York it was a stop over. After driving 13 hours it was a pleasure to have a nice clean room, good shower and a friendly helpful staff. August 11, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mr not a place I would rever stay again. This place waa fikthy. The a.c. filter had 1/4 inch of dirt and dust. The air in the room was foul. Had to rmove the a.c filter to het the fan to move air and opened the window to ge brewtable air. August 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by If you see bucket trucks and utility trucks parked in the lot, stay elsewhere These Yahoos wake up at 5 am and walk up and down the corridors carrying on and slamming doors like it's the middle of the afternoon. Then they go outside at 6 am and fire-up the diesel trucks and let them rev for about 1/2 hour while they eat breakfast. What was really charming was listening to one of them barf in the room across the hall. I'm sure they work hard but so do I. If you want a full and good night's sleep do not stay here or any hotel that has bucket trucks and utility trucks parked in the hotel parking lot. These guys just don't know a wit about common courtesy. The staff won't say anything because they sell a lot of rooms to these people. August 1, 2014
