Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bring your own computer This hotel is nice and clean, and offers a wonderful breakfast buffet. It is close to the highway and has a nice variety of restaurants and stores nearby. On the other hand, I do not recommend using the computer in the "Business Center". There is only one computer and it is very slow, constantly has bothersome pop-ups and is probably infected with viruses and other hacking programs. September 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good value We were enthusiastically greeted upon our arrival by Chris. He acknowledged my being a member of the Priority Club and that I would definitely get my points. We have stayed in Stephens City at this hotel many times and have always had a pleasant stay, even when they were undergoing renovations. The only problem this time was a musty smelling room, which after the air conditioner came on seemed to dissipate a bit, but not enough. It was the first time we encountered such a problem. I didn't inform the front desk, though. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was very well presented. September 19, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a "new" hotel as advertised. This hotel was advertised as "new" when we looked it up online. It may have been new to the Holiday Inn brand, but it was definitely not a new hotel. It smelled of stale smoke and showed its age. It was convenient for walking to stores and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, it was an ok stay, we were just a bit disappointed that we were lead to believe it would be a newer hotel. September 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by People The hotel, itself, was very good in pretty much every way, but what made it stand out was our reception at the front desk by Malvia. She accommodated us in an uncommonly warm, gracious, and friendly manner and made us feel comfortable from the first moment, as well as on the phone prior to our arrival. We would definitely return, if passing through that area again. September 6, 2014
