I found room 105 to be noisy as it's close to the front desk and there is ceramic tile in the hall that approaches the room - thus you hear the click-clack of every rolling suitcase as it makes it's way to the elevator or down the hall. The rolling suitcase noise stops just shy of room 105 as that's where the carpet begins.
Also, I heard the doors from the adjoining rooms and the ones across the hall every time they slammed closed. This may have been caused by the room's occupants not being courteous as they entered and left their rooms. I find that hotel etiquette is a lost art among most people. It's common courtesy to be quite, and speak softly as you walk in hotels.
The breakfast food was typical sub-par, mass produced, highly processed "food." A least there was fresh fruit and yogurt.
The room was clean and comfortable and I slept well once the noise subsided. I imagine that rooms at the other end of the hall would have been quiet as would rooms on other floors.

Room was dusty and air very dry. Thus, unable to sleep through the night.

The hotel felt old even if newly refurbished. Way behind other new-build Holiday Inn Express hotels. Top floor was a mix of smoking and non-smoking rooms and had a terrible odor.
