Facility was very clean, bed was very comfortable and staffs were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out-Excellent. Very little time was spent on check in and check out.

Customer service was wonderful, from front desk to the breakfast staff. Very welcoming and polite and willing to assist. Property was very well kept and clean, lobby, breakfast area, rooms public areas were all perfect, I would recommend this property to everyone.

Used my Priority Club points to pay for this room and it said on the web site that I would get a "standard room " .Every other room that I booked using my Reward points told me what type of room was avaible ,but not Stephenville! When I went to check in I was asked what type of room I wanted and was told that since I was using Reward points to pay for my room that they waited till checkin to find what type of room was needed.We stayed on New Year's Eve and New Years Day ,one the first day even though we left the room around 12 noon the room was not cleaned and the next night we put the sleeping late sign on the door and my wife was awakened at around 10 am by house keeping ,the girl did'nt understand english and called another housekeeper and this one was not much help either.My wife dressed,gathered her luggage and checked out and told the woman at the front desk what happened The front desk lady that I spoke to said that the girls usually don't do that.We won't stay again ,I am still waiting for the Manager to call me as promised!

Room smelled of dirty feet,
No Bacon for Breakfast.
Was charged for using a free night. That problem was fixed but it took 3 days and allot of my time.

The room was very clean and the food is on par with other Holiday Inn Express Hotels, however, my shower head did not function properly, the a/c unit has issue with keeping temperature and the ice machine on the second floor was not working. Other than that....I do like staying at Holiday Inn Express....for the most part they are one of the best hotel chains to stay in.

The internet and TV cable service in the hotel is bad. Most of the channels you try to watch loose their signal and will go off for 1 or 2 minutes and then come back on. What ever they are paying Northland Cable is to much. I have stayed in this hotel about 165 days this year and it has never been fixed and I have asked the hotel management but my request falls on deaf ears.Internet is just as bad.

We love staying at the Holiday Inn Express, Stephenville. Clean, polite staff and perfect rooms. We try to ALWAYS stay with Holiday Inn Express when traveling. Inns are consistent and staff is always great.
