Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless Night... Nothing special for Rewards Members Prepare yourself for little sleep if you are affected by noise. My room had loud pipe knocking noises and a loud heater. I could every little noise from those in rooms around me. Not my typical Holiday Inn Express experience. If you are an IHG rewards member, do not expect to be greeted as such. Whenever I have stayed there my room requests are not honored. January 26, 2015

The rooms could have been more sound proof - heard the guest in the next room talking until 2am. Every time a door shut it sounded like someone slammed it. The walls were not sound proof at all. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by An OK experience Unfortunately, the check-in started poorly. When I made the reservation with the college credit card, the registration person said they would send an authorization to the card holder so the college card would be used for the stay. They did not. The check in person would not use the college card. The room had a couple mechanical issues that they said would be fixed after I left. The TV lineup in the room binder was wrong. The breakfast had a poor selection but it was a hot meal. Bed was not that comfortable, but they offered a variety of pillows and sheet thicknesses. It was an acceptable place to stay for one night.
