Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, clean comfortable room Great service from hotel staff at time of check-in and during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. It was awesome to be able to unwind after a long day and get a solid night's sleep. The breakfast was a little lack luster compared to other Holiday Inns that I have stayed at the eggs were dry and barely warm and the selection of other options was a little limited. May 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, poor early check out policy As a business traveler who spends 75% of the year in Holiday Inns, I was completely surprised by the early check-out fee of $50.00. Because of the nature of my work, it is possible to complete my job functions early and thus ending my stay early. This early check-out was not because I checked out after the 11am check-out time but because I checked out 1 day early from my original reservation. When I questioned the desk attendant about this charge I was informed that it is a new policy and was on noted on my check-in document. I may be at fault for not reading this document in it's entirety but to my defense I have never had to worry about this document other than initialing the no smoking policy. Also, the desk attendant pointed out the no smoking policy but never mentioned the early check-out fee. Unfortunately due to this fee I will be staying at a different hotel brand when visiting the Stevens Point area. May 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Exercise Equipment is cheap and outdated Hotel is very good, what you expect from HI Express. But the exercise equipment needs a refresh. I didn't use the treadmill, so I am not sure about it's quality, but the quality of the stationary bike and elliptical trainer are older, and not of even high home quality. Definitely need a refresh of these machines. May 21, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and comfortable The room was very quiet but too warm. The air conditioner only worked on high so it was hard to regulate the room temperature. There were two queen beds, one was soft and one was hard. I don't know if that was done on purpose, but it is a good idea to give guests that option. The decorations were nice and it was a good experience overall. May 13, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, reasonable rates We stayed here for a wedding. Room was clean - no bed bugs. As with most hotels, dust was apparent under bed and behind headboard, but I really check for bed bugs. Preferred to stay at a different location, but the Central Reservations made a mistake. The Reception Desk Person attempted to get us a room at the correct hotel, but it was full. Room was spacious and worked out okay. May 6, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice friendly staff This is a nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. The desk clerks were very accommodating. The bed in our suite could have been arranged better so that the airflow from the a/c would have reached the bed. This made for some warm nights. Even so, I would still recommend this hotel.
