A nice welcoming hotel. Staff were always smiling and never passed you by without an hello or can I help you comment.
The hotel is not central to Stirling but there is a Park and Ride bus service nearby. The hotel only has only a breakfast room but there is a restuarant/ bar premises adjacent.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BigChris Great staff. Poor breakfast
I stay a lot here. Staff are wonderfull. Hotel is clean and bright.
Only gripe is the breakfast. Sausages are sausage shaped, scrambled eggs resemble eggs,
if you want a cooked breakfast, its obvious money has been saved here with products bought on the cheap.
Only thing that lets the hotel down. C'mon big bosses, get the breakfasts right!

Enjoyed our one night stay at the Stirling Holiday Inn Express. Situated on outskirts of Stirling so easily found and had plenty parking. Restaurant next door which served good value basic meals. We were met with a very helpful and cheery member of staff at reception. Our room was excellent, bed was extremely comfortable and all areas clean. WiFi also available in the room which was an added benefit. Self service breakfast was good, all that was required to start the day. All staff we came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. Would definately stay again.

This Express is lovely. Recently refurbished with great rooms, large flat screen TVs and comfortable beds.
The staff are very friendly, beautiful, and helpful.
I can't help but think the breakfast offering at Holiday Inns couldn't be improved a little. No one wants cold croissant and bacon would be nice.
Overall though, as an Express, this is great.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 103brandy Nice visit
Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting grand daughter.
Nice quiet setting just out of town. Easily found on sat nav.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Free buffet breakfast , items regularly replaced so always hot.
Good pub next door with decent menu and prices.
Will definitely stay here again.
Thank you to all at Holiday Inn Express Stirling.

We only stayed one night but it was an excellent experience. The breakfast was excellent. The full service restaurant next door was excellent. The staff was excellent.
The room was small by USA standards but fine by UK standards.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by PJtraveller Friendly, happy and helpful staff
First time we had stayed at a Holiday Inn and both were very impressed not only with the room but also the friendliness of the staff.
It made a big difference being able to relax away from the room as well as have breakfast included.
My friend and I stayed twice at Stirling and both times were greeted by Brihony and Rona, both of whom were very helpful and friendly.
Would recommend this place, it was far enough from the motorway without it being too far and having a restaurant nearby meant once we'd checked in we could walk to get a meal.
Place very clean too.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jacksox hassle free check in and out
my "normal" check in experience of lost reservations, wrong billing accounts, arriving too early / late etc was thankfully not present here. The staff were all thoroughly professional, but without being robotic, in fact they were super friendly, especially Morgan and bronwhin (the Aussie girl).
The place was clean comfortable and relaxed and had great views of the nearby hills / mountains.
All in all an excellent place to stay.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Johnc500 Lovely rooms good service
Lovely hotel with surprising big rooms. The hotel looks and had the feel of a new premises. Well Maintained and we'll laid out especially the breakfast buffet. This however was typical of all holiday inns and nothing special
Good stay and would use it again

The hotel is outside of stirling - you see the theWilliam Wallace "Braveheart" Monumet from the hotel.
Very friendly staff!
If you go to Edinburgh - go via "North Forth Roadbridge".
We had a nice boat trip from South Queensferry - you see the bridges and seals.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cliff221 What a boring breakfast!
This hotel is adequate in service and bedroom standard but the self service buffet breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Orange juice is watery and the only cooked option is sausage, scrambled egg and beans. The same every day - so don't book for long!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Lovely room and super service
The room was excellent for myself and 3 granddaughters aged 17, 5 and 4, The receptionist on duty (I can't remember her name but she hd an American accent!!) was very attentive especially with the children. I will certainly recommend your hotel for service and value.

We stayed at this hotel whilst attending a familiy wedding nearby. We were able book adjoining rooms so that our teenage son could have his own room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was really lovely. When we checked out we had inadvertently left some luggage in the hotel and were contacted promptly by the staff which saved a long journey back to collect it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by OneNightWonder Good stopover
We stayed in a family room for one night on a trip from England to the Highlands.
The room was a good size with a comfortable double and a double sofa bed, which was more than enough for us put our 5 month old in his moses basket.
The staff were all friendly and gave us some suggestions on where to eat when the pub next door had a one hour wait.
A bit outside of Stirling in the middle of an industrial estate, but easy enough to get into central Stirling for restaurants or out to the Wallace monument - although it was a Sunday, so traffic might be worse at other times.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by salina lovely but pricey
i really love the location of this hotel, its central and comfortable. the beds and pillows are nice and staff are great, always.
i do although find it pricey and think you will struggle when premiere inn open around the corner.
The one thing i would complain about is breakfast buffet, its all great apart from the hot section, as a vegetarian and somebody who is also intollerant of eggs, the only choice is beans. would be nice to see some warm tomatoes, hashbrowns, mushrooms. we do pay a good rate for our room so dont feel like this is asking too much.
