Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great service, friendly staff Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Rooms nice size with a sofa. Plenty of choice of fresh food for breakfast, the milk had run out but there was a member of staff available and she refilled it immediately, in between clearing the tables as soon as people left them, ready for other guests to use. My only criticisms are the lack of plug sockets near the bed area and dim lighting in the room, but this is the same at most UK hotels I have stayed in. Reception staff were extremely welcoming which was lovely after a four hour drive and check-in was speedy and hassle-free. Overall a lovely stay and I would definitely use this hotel again. Bedroom was comfortable and the choice of breakfast was excellent. Car parking was good too. February 6, 2016

I always appreciate the friendly staff, excellent service and the perks I receive as a club member. Checking in and checking out is as easy as booking online. I intend to start using Hertz Rent a car to gain even more rewards. Way to go Holiday Inn! February 6, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect staff! Great hotel! Room on the ground floor on this stay. Wouldn't stay on the ground again. Was very loud on an evening compared to being on the other floors previous weeks. Breakfast choice is ok. Missing bacon from the hot items. Rooms a little dated. But aware this is now being changed so looking forward to the new rooms! One thing you need to change is having a plug socket next to the beds. Non of the plug reach! February 2, 2016

The hotel offers great value for money with a comfy bed, clean tidy rooms and brilliant hot showers every morning! The staff are the people that make the difference and the reason I keep coming back. They are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, They are always cheerful regardless of check in time.............................................. I have no reservations in recommending this hotel to friends, family or visitors to Stoke. February 1, 2016
