The location is easily accessible, and convenient to Stone Mountain Park, restaurants, and shopping. The property is very well-maintained, the parking areas are well-lit, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. No matter what time I arrive, I am greeted warmly, and my room is always clean and comfortable. Best of all, the entire staff is pleasant, courteous and caring. June 18, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service After checking out and returning home I received my credit card statement and noticed they had made an error in the billing. There have been several calls to the hotel and the problem is still not resolved. They agree with the error and have told me someone will call back, but that has not happened. Previous messages and information left is either lost or they choose to ignore them. Also, I checked in at 3:00 AM and gave them a credit card, the same one used to book the room. At 7:00 AM, after only 4 hours sleep, they called the room to tell me there was a problem with the credit card. It turns out it was their error and they were not using the proper expiration date on the card. My overall experience with IHG as a long time member has been very positive, but the failure to correct a basic problem by this hotel is the reason for the one star rating. Finally, this was a family trip and we booked 4 rooms. After this problem came up I spoke to other family members and they all had some problem with their stay that was not resolved. May 24, 2016
