The staff of this hotel have been very well trained in knowing how to serve their customers. Every aspect of our stay was very satisfactory. The room was extremely neat and clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. The fitness center and pool were in excellent condition. Would recommend this facility to anyone staying in Sturgis.

Always enjoy staying here the only thing that could have made the stay better if they could have catered better to my elderly mother and gave us a room where she would not have to walk so far.

We were in town to visit the national cemetery and attend a pow wow. Our was comfortable =plus our dog was welcome, too. Great food at breakfast. This is the 2nd time we have stayed their and would do it again in the future.

Not only was the weather amazing in October instead of the usual snow and wind, the hotel was quiet and helped me accomplish work during the evening with a solitary suite, high-speed internet and snacks. Another great week in Sturgis.

The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars for staff was the afternoon clerkDust needs more training. I was not acknowledged as a Platinum card member. Had to wait for him to get off the phone 15 to 20 min. It was not a business call. Had a problem with our room and he made us feel like he could not do anything about it. He needs to have more training if he is to have a career in the hotel business.
We ultimately got the problem with our room fixed. He upgraded us to another room. That was very good.
We also had a problem with our reservation for the next evening. Thanks to John the night receptionist got the problem cleared up. Many thanks for all the work he went through to get the reservation corrected. Super friendly. Had another nice visit with him early the next morning. They need more people like John working the front desk.

This is a newer property and very nice. The highlight of the stay was the outstanding customer service I received from John. He seemed very sincere when he thanked me for being a platinum member. He treated me with respect and make me feel very special. I will continue to stay a IHG properties because of people like John!!

The rooms are fine, but the front desk staff were not up to speed. They could not be found at times, I received a call in the room to be told that they gave me the wrong room, and someone in our business group, who had the same block of room reservations as the group, was told they were a no-show and needed to check out a day early.
The breakfast staff worked very hard to keep up with bus loads of senor travelers.
