Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the norm for Holiday Inn Express The shower curtain had a significant tear in it, the desk chair was broken and the refrigerator was terribly loud. I contacted the front desk and they corrected the first two issues before my second night's stay. The third issue - the refrigerator - went unresolved. Better maintenance and housekeeping checks are needed at this location. I stay almost exclusively at IHG properties for both business and personal travel. Although I was disappointed with my first night's stay, the staff responded quickly and courteously and fixed what they could. November 11, 2014

I have booked here many times in the past and always have a wonderful stay. I fully plan to stay with at this facility in the future.
