Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to expectations! Very dated rooms. First king size bed I had was hard as a board. The only other option were two queens that were somewhat better, but not up to the HIE hotels I've stayed at across the country. I would not recommend this hotel. Wallpaper peeling, giant red wine(?) stain on the wallpaper nearest the window, ripped shower curtain. Mismatched wallpaper, heating and cooling system was subpar and very humid in the room. Worst sleep I've had in a hotel in years. The linens were however clean, the room was spotless and housekeeping did an exceptional job. When I had a conversation with the man at the front desk, his reply was " I feel sorry for you"... not sure if that meant that he didn't have a good grasp of the English language or that he really did feel sorry for me for having to endure such uncomfortable beds. The hotel overcharged my reservation $10 as the reservation was made on the cell app. My confirmation said one number and the hotel charged more. When I asked about this increase, they did reduce it. But, I had to catch the mistake. This is not a value and wish I could have changed hotels, but it was too late by check in. Very disappointed. September 18, 2015
