The Staff was great the Hotel was excellent.
Quick to respond to questions and made sure you were satisfied. Would recommend to all staying in the area to stay with them.

Front Desk Clerk was apparently a new employee not yet fully trained in Customer Service. Did not recognize my IHG Membership, and told me my room was double booked. Tried to downsize me to lesser quality room. I told the clerk, that as a IHG Member I expected consideration for an upgrade instead. When assigned a room, was alarmed to find it already occupied by an irate traveler asking me why I was trying to get into their room. Eventually assigned a room that was ok. On a positive note, the Manager made it a point to visit with me and assured me that was not their standard and she did offer perks in the process. I was not unreasonable, and the Manager did make me feel like my business was valued, and that she was in the process of getting things right at this location.
