Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, great room! Staff was friendly and professional on check in. Room had lots of electrical outlets and wifi was consistently good. Breakfast was the usual HI Express variety... lots of "healthy" choices (yogurts, non-fat milk, hard boiled eggs) plus some comfort food (pancake maker, sausage, biscuits, etc.) Breakfast room attendant was friendly and hard working. Appreciated the USA Today newspaper delivered to our room (hung on the door). Great stay, would return! December 4, 2014

We were surprised and how much space you the room. The breakfast is basic but good for a large family in terms of cost. Staff friendly and rooms were very clean. Only issue we had was they only had 1 high chair in breakfast area. November 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Experience The hotel staff was friendly and the room was OK. The only problem was when I returned to the room late at night, I could not open my door. After four trips to the front desk to explain that the key wasn't working and them re keying the card several times and finally the manager going to the room to try it for himself then finally obtaining tools to try to open the door, we finally got the door open. When I left the next morning and close the door behind me, I could not open the door again. Fortunately I suspected that would happen and had all my belonging with me. Other than that, it was a great stay. November 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Guest Service I checked in and went directly to meetings. Upon my return (about 10:00 pm) I still had not had anything to eat all day and happened to mention that to the night desk person when I was getting some change for the vending machines. John IMMEDIATELY stopped what he was doing, told me that was not a good thing, and listed off the items he had available to offer me from the "breakfast" items in the kitchen. He made up a plate for me that resulted in one very happy guest. He couldn't have been more gracious and absolutely knows what being a representative of the Hospitality Industry means. He was my savior that night. By the way, the change I got from him was going to be used to get water from the vending machines. John said "I can take care of that" and gave me some ice cold bottled water he had available. I travel extensively and am always thankful when I meet someone who knows what Guest Services/Hospitality means. He reminded me that I was his guest and he was there to make my stay the best it could be. He succeeded! Thank you John and IHG November 14, 2014
