Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by just ok Overall this Holiday Inn Express was good. At check in, we didn't receive the usual reward members hello or an offer of a welcomed gift or points. We later asked for the points. The location needs improvements with housekeeping and a few comforts. We stayed at this site for 2 weeks. The TV cable needed adjustments, no signal (which maintenance fixed), the room door needed adjustment as it took 3 to 4 tries to open and at first the lock wouldn't latch (again maintenance made a great effort to fix). Housekeeping was just average. After a week, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned as the bathroom was in dire need. Service was at a minimal. Clean towels and the garbage were removed daily. That was the service we received. The night reception was great and so were the servers. The breakfast hostess was friendly and did a great job. These staff members received tips. March 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay :) My stay was perfect and the Front Desk Agents/Management went out of their way to make my 1 yr Wedding Anniversary a success. The Front Desk Agents were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is clean and quiet. The King size bed was extremely comfortable, where we melted to sleep. The amenities were great. The Fitness Center and Breakfast was ok...The hot Breakfast was average tasting and the Fitness Center did not have much to choose from BUT overall it was a wonderful place to stay and relax.
