We were very disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We had booked a room online for a room for 4 people, requesting 2 beds or a king w/sleeper sofa plue a a roll-away. We were travelling with two guests who could not sleep in the same bed. On arrival we were informed they didn’t have roll-away beds. As we had arrived later in the evening it was too late to make other arrangements. We were given a King Suite with a sofa sleeper and left on our own to figure out where everyone would sleep. In the end, one of our guests ended up sleeping on the floor. We had requested the roll-away for a reason, it seems like the hotel could have informed us ahead of arrival of the no roll-away situation so we could make other arrangements. They did have our e-mail address. In addition, the Internet service was exceedingly slow and kept timing out; very frustrating. We travel a lot and we will not stay at this hotel again nor will we recommend it.to friends or co-workers.

Nice place, loud trains all night though if you're on the back side of the hotel.

Constantly smiling and super helpful with any question or problem you may have. The service here is outstanding. The hotel may be a ways from the big city, but it is still wonderful
