We had booked a room online for a room for 4 people, requesting 2 beds or a king w/sleeper sofa plue a a roll-away. We were travelling with two guests who could not sleep in the same bed. On arrival we were informed they didn’t have roll-away beds. As we had arrived later in the evening it was too late to make other arrangements. We were given a King Suite with a sofa sleeper and left on our own to figure out where everyone would sleep. In the end, one of our guests ended up sleeping on the floor. We had requested the roll-away for a reason, it seems like the hotel could have informed us ahead of arrival of the no roll-away situation so we could make other arrangements. They did have our e-mail address. In addition, the Internet service was exceedingly slow and kept timing out; very frustrating. We travel a lot and we will not stay at this hotel again nor will we recommend it.to friends or co-workers. September 17, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location for our needs Friends and I stayed at this hotel due to it's location to the White River Amphitheatre and the Outlet Centre. The hotel staff were fantastic and accommodated a change in room upon arrival. They were helpful with ordering a taxi for us (although despite 2 calls the cab never did appear...review of taxi service on the way). The fitness room and pool were clean and fully serviced. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again for sure! September 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel , but shame about the train We have stayed at this hotel before & it has generally on both occasions been a great place to stay. The only exception is the train, which is a bit noisy. The first time we stayed here we were at the front of the hotel & never heard the train, but on this occasion we stayed at the back of the hotel, which was when we heard the train. So if you book this hotel always try to book the front of the hotel if you can, as it is a lot quieter. Our overall experience was really good. The staff could not do enough for you & were only to willing to help. I was also pleased to see that the breakfast has certainly improved the choice available. So for me it is definately one to consider, even though the train is a pain. September 2, 2014

Can see and do a lot in the greater Seattle area with little trouble, yet enjoy these areas without the hassle of being "Close-In". Still have that quiet sense of being out in the country without the hassle of really being "out in the country" September 2, 2014
