The hotel is quite new and nice, clean and functional, however it is in the middle of nowhere. I was a little concerned about RR tracks that showed up on my route software, but there was no problem with noise. There is a gas station here, but that's about it. We were headed to SeaTac so we grabbed dinner elsewhere, but do factor in the isolation when you plan your trip. It will be a few miles to get to any restaurants or stores. You are of hwy 167 instead of I-5 which can be a plus. Traffic is heavy on 167 but nothing is as bad as I-5.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Risky in Colorado Was looking for a HI closer to Seattle
Not too many choices available in or near Seattle from when I booked. Had to go further south of SEATAC into Sumner to get a room and continue with my traditional stay with HI. This location was extremely pricey, but maybe its the time of year. Very nice hotel to stay at if your headed south and away from SEATAC.

Great stay and hot breakfast was good. Only negative about this property was that the Priority Club members has no PC check in/out line. Was not welcomed properly and upon check out was never thanked for staying and asking to come back again.
