Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast We stay here often. When we arrived for breakfast on Wednesday 2/25 (our first Wednesday) it was 9:05. The breakfast area closes at 9:30. The attendant was already placing the pastries and bagels in a plastic bag. Some of the hot food had already been put into the kitchen area. She was very gracious and said she would get us anything we wanted. Of course, when someone says that I feel that I am putting them out by asking for something that should have been available for self service. We had plenty to eat, however, a family of 7 came in at 9:25 and almost every thing was put away. She told them the same thing but they said "no don't bother". I expect they headed to Bob Evans. If someplace closes at 9:30 it should be 9:30. That is when you begin to close the area. She also asked to "help us" by taking our plates when we hadn't finished the food that was before us. Also, a cleaner in the lobby (not 10 feet from us) started vacuuming at around 9:10. I asked him to stop and he did but attention should be paid to the comfort of those eating even if you're not working in the specific area. We will return but will try not to be there on for Wednesday breakfast. These comments are meant to help improve your service not to be unpleasant to the workers. March 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Could use some updating We stay at many Holiday Inn's and find that this one could use a little updating. The desk chair in our room was beat up and I felt as tho' I was falling to the floor when I sat down. The commode was exceptionally low. A front door that opens automatically when you enter with luggage in-hand would be very helpful. The breakfast was very good with an attendant who was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff we saw was excellent as well. February 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff plus Starbucks nearby! The holiday is as holliday's are. The staff in this particular HIE helps the stay be the best i've had of all the HIE's. I would recommend simply through that. Thankfully the remainder of the hotel was as other hotels are and therefore no problems. My one goal is that this HIE acquires a fitness bike worthy of cycling minus the sitting down. Although it's a fair workout enough rather than nothing, I do wish they had a bit more to the fitness center. This is my only down side. Plus there's a starbucks nearby. I would walk there daily. Nothing against the HIE coffee but i'm just a fancy pants starbucks person. I enjoy the drinks. January 11, 2015
