Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by loud to many kids staying on same floor ...parents were drinking so it was really loud and noisy with doors slamming overall it wasent a good night also they did a bad job in the breakfast area , did not Recognition for IHG Rewards Club Member and have not received my check in points for the two rooms I rented February 2, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant hotel with friendly staff The location of this hotel is fantastic. Easy to see from the highway, so even at night there's no way you could miss it. And it's proximity to Columbus is obviously a plus. And you have to love a hotel that has a Starbucks so close that it's practically in their parking lot. The lobby is welcoming and the man at the front desk that night (Larry, I think his name was) was really nice - even when I needed something late at night. My only suggestion would be to get those lamps that have power outlets (& USB ports) in them. I like to use my cell phone as my alarm clock, but there wasn't a power outlet close enough to the bed to plug it in unless I wanted to do without light. Otherwise, I had a really great stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff, nice place Wonderful place to stay. Great staff, very accommodating. Clean, safe and well kept. Only issue we had was the room, breakfast area and lobby were extremely hot. We asked if there was anything they could do and though they did agree they said there was nothing they could do because only a manager has the ability to change the thermostat and there was not a Manager readily available. They did provide us with a fan, which was very kind. I think maybe they should look at putting a Manager on call or someone that could authorize simple fixes like this. Again the stay was great and when we return to the area this will be our staying spot. November 30, 2015
