Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay We came to Columbus for a concert and needed a place to stay so we didn't have to turn right around and drive 2 plus hours back home. Booking in general was a little difficult but not for this specific property. The staff was friendly and got everything right. The room was clean and comfortable but they could have had more soap and shampoo available in the bathroom. Breakfast was not so great but it was free(included with the cost of the room). The area was clean and felt safe but kind of industrial near the highway. No issues with my car parked in the lot. Overall a quality stay at a fair price. August 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stopover We arived dirty and tired after a 70 mile bike ride, so the staff and rooms were a welcome and comfortable sight. Our bikes were secured in a maintenance room and the night passed pleasantly, but all too quickly. Breakfast was very good. July 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Was a great sleep however, Very quiet, NO road noise. Price paid for room was ok. Internet was horrible. Breakfast was NOT typical Holiday Inn Expess. Went to restaurant next door to eat. Coffee was cold, when I brought it to the attention of the person, it was like they did not understand English. But a darn great nights sleep and shower. The place was very tidy and clean even to the hallways and the lift. The lady that tended breakfast room was especially attentive and friendly, must love her job! July 18, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing This is the second time we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. The last time was last year at this time. We travel frequently for archery competitions and always stay at Holiday Inn's due to them always been clean and comfortable. This time was the exception to the rule. Upon check-in, my husband went to shower and the shower would not drain. I went to call the front desk and the phone wouldn't work. I went down and told the front desk. They assured me they would have it fixed. This was on Thursday. Every day we told them that it had not been fixed. They told us that maintenance fixed it, yet we still could not get it to drain. Saturday night when we went to our room, the housekeeping had left their supplies in our room and our shower still wouldn't drain. I took the supplies down to the desk and asked to speak with management and was told that they are not allowed to contact management on the weekends. I asked for a number to contact Holiday Inn and they said they didn't know it. After looking it up online, I spoke to customer care and was treated with the respect that I am used to from Holiday Inn staff. I will say that there was a very sweet lady that worked the breakfast area every morning. I was truly disappointed with this Holiday Inn Express. July 16, 2014
