She did a great job checking me in and was extremely polite!! I would recommend her and this hotel any time!!!! October 9, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected 1) there was no coffee in the morning at breakfast( 1/2 hour into breakfast) and there was no attendant to be seen. 2) About 1/4 of the hot breakfast choices were empty and there were no cinnamon rolls out. 3) One roll to toilet paper was empty and the other was only 1/3 full when I got into my room. 4) This is the third time in a row that I did not get my wake up call. Room was hot, had to set thermostat to 64 just to get the room to cool down. I have never had these kind of problems at a Holiday Inn property, I avoided this property on the business trip that I am on now and stayed at another about 10 miles down the road, what a difference so far. This location will be my new location now when I stay in Columbus Ohio October 7, 2014

The only complaint I have is a very lackluster breakfast, but i guess you aren't going to get five star dining at this price point. October 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I do not like TV on during breakfast. Why do hotels assume that a guest wants to hear a TV morning show during breakfast? There are many of us that just want to read or talk with our spouse in peace during breakfast. I find it highly annoying to start the day with a TV broadcast imposed upon me. September 27, 2014
