Stayed two nights. Carpet wet under air conditioning unit. Told maid the next morning, but I do not thing was done. Carpet remained wet and maybe more so the second night.
Our room never received a USA Today delivered to room. They were available at the front desk.
I very seldom drink the in room coffee, but I had a cup the first morning, only using one bag. In the afternoon after the room was cleaned, the other bag was missing, the pot still had coffee in it, and there was no new coffee bags. Probably would not had any the second morning, because we had the breakfast.

We were happy with the room when we first got in, and the bed was very comfy, but as the evening wore on we started to be able to hear conversations our neighbors were having, walking in other rooms around us and in the morning we could hear snoring from the next room. We reported this to the front desk and at forst there was no response, not even an apology. When we continued to talk to them about how we were disappointed about paying the price we paid for a room that was so noisy we did get 20 dollars off our bill. The breakfast was passable, but I've had better at cheaper places. The pool was too cloudy to use, in my opinion.

We stay at Holiday Inn Express for travel sports teams several times throughout the year. The are usually clean and reliable. This one we stayed for a night while traveling with family. This is the dirtiest Holiday Inn Express I have ever encountered. The lobby, room and bathroom were awful. Did not even attempt to eat breakfast as the dining area was not clean. Stay the extra 10 minutes away and not here.

Great quality and excellent stay. Only issue was when I put the address into GPS, it routed me to downtown Sunbury. Not out on I-71 where the Holiday Inn is located. An easy fix if you are aware of it.

I come in twice a week for business and each time I am treated very friendly and I feel welcome. Seth and Autumn always make sure I am taking care of. I arrive before the normal check in time and they always make sure my room is ready as I only stay a short time. Very accommodating.

while returning my daughter home to Rochester, N.Y. we stopped at this hotel on the way home. I have stayed here before so I knew the hotel and its amenities. The room and lounge area are very clean and very presentable. My only issue is the lack of variety for breakfast. Really who in the northeast actually eats sausage gravy for breakfast. The eggs are nasty and the juice is watered down. Other than this this and all Holiday Inn Expresses are all excellent. I try to stay at this brand while I travel because you know the quality of the rooms will be excellent.

Stayed one night in room 200. There was hot water in the evening but not in the morning. Water ran hot for 30 seconds and then was completely cold at both the sink and shower. The front desk said I was the only room to indicate an issue that morning. Although a token adjustment was made to my stay rate, having a hot shower was worth more to me than what the hotel did in response.

The hotel was great, but I was very disappointed in the fact that I tried to cancel & check-out BEFORE 6 o'clock the last day of my stay & they would NOT TAKE THE COST OF THE ROOM OFF OF MY BILL !! They would not take into CONSIDERATION of my predicament w/ the dangerous weather conditions that were predicted...
I HAD to leave early & drive all night because they had predicted accumulations of SNOW & ICE for the next days travel...I couldn't take the risk of traveling by myself (female) & having an accident or running into one...
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why they could not be accommodating & honor my request...I am also a PRIORITY CLUB MEMEBER...

The hotel was in a great location very close to the highway. Check in was very quick and smooth and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was very cheerfull and kind.

Not recognized as a Priority member with a welcome bag (small thing, but nice touch). Also, told at a different location the week before that one member discount was the best, but found out the day we checked out that a different discount would have been better at this location. This was disappointing. Also, only one key given because they ran out. That being said it was the last room, so I guess we were fortunate.

My friends and I come through this area at least 4 times a year and stay at another motel in the area. Because of rate, we decided to try your facility. Your rooms are smaller, and, even for a little higher rate, do not provide an in room microwave and fridge. Thus we will probably be staying at the other motel next time through. As senior citizens, value is very important.

The room we had was on the first floor close to the exit and noise was a bit loud. We could hear people talking in the next room so the walls were paper thin.
We had a double room and one bed was so close to the wall that it was difficult for a person to exit the bed on one side. We tried to move the bed but could not.
The table/desk legs were loose and very wobbly to the point we were afraid to use it.
The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose and the quality was very cheap. Flushing was very noisy.
The ceramic tiles in the bathroom were new but the quality of workmanship was poor.
We have stayed at this hotel many times as we have relatives in the area but we will stay elsewhere in the future.
We like Holiday Express but believe this particular hotel did not measure up to the HIE standards.

I brought a group down to go to the Quarter Horse Congress. We had 4 rooms and everyone was very satisfied with this hotel. All would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

The room rate is the same as other properties, but the hotel, staff and amenities are not the same quality. It isn't bad, except for the breakfast. It was really poor. No fruit selection, the eggs were so salty they were inedible and only two choices in bread; white bagels or white bread. The front desk staff was accommodating, but the demeanor was short and cold. The pool was satisfactory, but really more like an oversized bathtub. It was small and only 4ft deep. The worst part, aside from the breakfast was the WIFI access. You are provided a code whereby only one device can access the network. Once I signed on, my husband could not gain access with his device. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but overpriced for the quality.

My stay was in mid September. The room was great. Bed was comfortable and it had plenty of pillows. This place had all the comforts of home with the coffee pot and hair dryer. Although I didn't utilize the free breakfast, it was available first thing in the morning and it smelled great. The free wifi came in handy. The workout room was a nice touch as well.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express is awesome. It includes pancakes, hot cinnamon rolls, and scrambled eggs that taste like the real thing, not powdery and dry but hot and moist.
The hotel was clean. The room was cozy. The ladies at the desk were cheerful and helpful. Although only a one night stay, we like the hotel very much.
Only criticism is the cost, a little high for what is supposed to be a medium cost hotel. But it was worth the extra dollars. We were pleased.
