When asked for assistance they showed a yes attitude, yes we can, unfortunately I cannot expect perfection if the staff does not have all the tools to provide you with what you need. My only comments was that I had asked for foam pillows because I am allergic to anything else and was not provided with any because the hotel did not have any. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff showed genuine care. Yes I would stay there again, hopefully they will get some foam pillows by then. April 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Helpful Staff We've stayed here before and most likely will again as it's convenient to family we visit. All went well with one suggestion - request the staff not sweep the hallways in the AM as many guests from various time zones may still be resting. Save that chore for the end of the shift - not the beginning. Other than that annoyance - all well here. April 9, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by AC Issue throughout my stay I ended up staying in three different rooms, as explained earlier. As the service/maintenance guy explained almost all of the AC's in ALL of the rooms needs to have some part replaced, and supposedly the parts are on order. The swipe cards for the room were difficult to use, you had to swipe the cards slowly to open the room. On saturday I actually helped a elderly couple who had switched rooms once already, and were desperately trying to open their room door to now a second room(as they were in a rush to get to a dinner and were already late - they had just checked in) I seen them in the hallway the first time having trouble and told to try slowly as I was walking out to smoke a cig, when I came back in they were down the hall from me in front of another rooom trying desperately to get again. I finally walked up to them and asked if I could help them get into the room, they finally related gave me the key and said sure. I slowly swiped the card and the door opened, they thanked me.
